I have spent 11 nights in the hotel. Originally I thought to spent 5 nights in this hotel then move to a nearly one for the rest of the stay. Because this one is conveniently located and the room is clean so I decided to stay the entire trip in this hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive to my needs. The front desk attendant, Miss Wu Wengfei, gave me her wechat contact info and told me ii spent 11 nights in this hotel. Liked the location and the cleanest of the room. The staff are friendly and efficient. The front desk attendant, Miss Wu Wenfei, gave me her wechat contact info and told me that f anything is needed to make my stay pleasant I can just wechat her. I thought is is very nice of her to do that.
The housekeeping crew have done a very good job. It is very likely I will stay here for the next visit to Xiangcheng.

服務好態度好，酒店風格不錯👍，設施很齊全。前台9號小胡服務很熱情哈，貼心，辦理入住快，房間乾淨整潔，衞生間乾淨，洗澡舒服，停車場方便 ，洗衣服烘乾機很方便 很喜歡，機器人送餐很有意思！很不錯的旅行一次入住！

出差住歡朋也不是一次兩次啦！很喜歡這個酒店的服務。在剛入住時出現了一點小插曲。酒店的服務人員給妥善的解決了。而且解決方案很好，客房部的經理以及前台經理對待客户的態度我真的是非常滿意的。房間也是很舒適，衹是有個小建議，覺得衞生在細節方面還是需要多加強的，除此之外一點毛病沒有。早餐可以滿足我的需求。總之很推薦。

首先，一踏入酒店感覺設施很新，服務員整體水平培訓上差一點，但是都很熱情。不管咋説春節了，用工難也能理解。房間很大，吃過早飯，品種一般，主要還是春節。總的來説，謝謝你們的熱情服務。

親子游，我們主打一個輕鬆隨意，酒店在環球港內，停車進出方便，房間wifi很好，吃飯買咖啡都挺方便，12號接待人員態度不錯，機器人送外賣挺有意思，總體不錯，衞生間配置再升級下更好。房間燈光可以亮點很好，這純屬於個人喜好，攜程積分延遲退房不錯，人性化。

很不錯的體驗，雖然被告知是在角落的房間，好在離電梯不是很近，但是節假日沒有選擇，唯一的缺點是隔壁保潔阿姨打掃的時候動靜大了點。
房間落地窗開闊，設施用品齊全，衞生間有雙邊移門可以自由調節，床墊的承託力不錯，讓人很快進入睡眠狀態，早餐種類豐富，各種小食讓人食慾大開，最後給機器人送餐點個贊
