Worst experience ever. The room the showed in the pictures when we made a booking was a room with queen size bed, attached washroom with comfortable sofas but the room they gave us was an empty room with a single bed with shared washroom and not a single chair or any wardrobe or anything to hang clothes. We tried our best to talk with the owner but she took advantage of communication gap as she could not speak English and she asked us to pay 140 yuan more for the room showed in the pictures on the time of booking. There is not any custom for room service or cleaning, we stay in that room for 3 days but no one came for a single time for even that shared washroom cleaning. Even when we left the hotel in the morning no one was on reception so no goodbye customs. I was a real pain, i will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
