Hanting Hotel (Suzhou University Fengmen)

The reason for the itinerary needs to stay at the hotel until 2:00 pm. I asked the lady at the front desk how to delay the check-out one day in advance, and gave me a price of 49 yuan for two breakfasts + delay to 2:00. Although Ctrip bought a breakfast at 18, but in order to I also accept late check out. It was very uncomfortable to sleep at night. The next day at 12:30, I went back to the hotel to make up my sleep, but I was woken up by the front desk call at 1:00 a.m. It was a male voice, asking me to check out quickly? ? ? I wonder if the late checkout I bought is a decoration? ? ? I explained it to him in a good voice, but the phone rang again after five minutes, and no one answered. After going down, I directly asked a man at the front desk if he was calling, he said yes, I asked why? I have paid for a late check out! He explained it for a long time, and put the responsibility on the aunt to clean up in a hurry! Said for a long time without a single apology! This is the service attitude of Hanting! It's someone else's responsibility to do something wrong anyway. It's none of your business. You can make a call when you make a phone call, it doesn't matter! In the end, I couldn't bear the man's attitude. I turned around and wanted to leave. Yesterday, the young lady gave me a travel toiletry bag, telling me to stop being angry, and the attitude was quite sincere. Anyway, this Hanting was permanently blacklisted by me. The location is too noisy and the service is even worse! Spent more than four hundred to find guilt!

Front desk service is too bad

我是蘇州馬拉松訂的房間，讓我感受到了蘇州高水準的接待和熱情，房間非常乾淨整潔，而且離起點也很近。是不二選擇。我明年的蘇州馬拉松也會再訂這家酒店的。

位置優越離着蘇大的雅思考點很近，早上九點的口語打車很快就到，很方便，房間提供咖啡包和茶包，樓下就有東吳麪館，點外賣也很方便。前台姐姐服務好，考完回來幫延遲退房了，整體體驗感不錯。

帶着孩子給安排到了餐廳和電梯旁邊，晚上十二點早上七點多很吵，這就忍了，因為假期房源少可以理解。這幾天在江浙滬很多城市旅行，根本不記得哪個有早餐哪個沒有，辦入住告知沒有早餐，其實是有的，耽誤兩頓。最後倒是解決了，退了早餐費用。所以入住要注意

服務員還挺熱情的，房間衞生間有2種類型，提出換房，服務員很配合😄酒店位置很好找，蘇州大學轉個灣就到了，第一次住漢庭，床墊很軟，睡了個好覺😇

漢庭酒店始終是旅遊必選酒店，經濟實惠，性價比高。這次入住的蘇州漢庭尤其給我留下深刻印象。乾淨，温馨，舒適，前台服務熱情周到，寒冷的冬天一進門就遞上兩瓶温熱的礦泉水，直接暖到心裏。每天衞生都打掃的乾乾淨淨，四瓶水足夠兩個人一天的水量。外賣由機器人直接送到房間，非常方便。出遊交通便捷，附近好多公交站，四通八達，能夠到達各個景點，春節期間公交還全部免費呢。等春暖花開，還會再來蘇州的。

放寒假了，孩子們也大了，想自己去旅遊，於是四個小夥伴結行，第一次入住這家酒店，但是由於孩子均未成年，酒店工作人員很認真負責，打電話至家長並諮詢與報備。也聽孩子們説酒店工作人員也特別熱心關懷備至。由於孩子總有個毛病“丟三落四”，聯繫酒店後，酒店把孩子們拉下的物品快遞至家裡！作為家長，感謝酒店的責任，熱心，關懷。
