房間很乾凈 地點離蘇州站很近 各個景點也很近 老闆很和善 非常推薦 和朋友退完房走之前老闆還借給我們房間換了一下衣服 人很好

距離觀前街是真近，但是衞生是真差，打開門的一瞬間真的窒息了，427一晚這種環境真的是驚呆了，但是國慶期間一時也不好換酒店，衹能是強忍着，自己買一次性四件套和浴巾用，晚上也很吵，平均，55分貝，很難入睡，而且挨着電梯，衹要有人經過就很吵，蘇州啥時候變成這樣了？在杭州和烏鎮住的也是400價位的房間，就很舒適，這裏純屬是明明可以搶一千塊，還勉為其難讓人住兩天

第二次住這家店，老闆人很好，還給換了一個有窗的房間。有洗衣機，陽台曬衣服也方便。該店過一條馬路就是臨頓路地鐵站，出行十分方便。

客觀點評一下：優點：地理位置很好，近地鐵口，旁邊就是觀前街和平江路，老闆服務還行
缺點：衞生較差，設施不全，電視是壞的，插座太少，衣架好幾個是壞的，房間太小，熱水壺較臟

設施比較老舊，價格便宜，特惠大床是原來的單人間改得，加幾塊住舒適大床比較好。。地理位置較好，馬路對面是臨頓路地鐵站，後面是觀前街的小吃街。

這個房間確實挺差的，又小，又臟，洗手間簾子發黴非常嚴重，牆壁有洞，沒有贈送飲用水，水壺很舊很臟。
反正非節假日的話，心裏預算頂多130。
唯一優勢是位置還算可以。
謹慎入住吧。

最後一刻訂的房間 又是週末
優點是位置好 另外老闆挺客氣的
不過設施真是不行了 房間小什麼的並不在意 不過幾乎不隔音 洗澡花灑亂噴 空調偶爾噴水 另外房間不提供礦泉水 住過大小酒店不知多少這是頭一回 看着電梯裏酒店的定位和宣傳實在是很無語啊
勉強湊合一晚就這樣吧

絕對不會再去住了！！！房間太迷你，很老舊，其他設施老舊就不多説了，衞生間洗浴噴頭壞了沒有修，夜裡臨時換了補救，但是還是漏水，第二天也沒有處理。更奇葩的是空調居然滴水，全部滴在枕頭上，酒店的解決方案是讓客人換到床的另外一邊休息，還説空調不都會滴水的嗎？簡直是無語至極！哪家會把空調機裝在枕頭正上方呢？！顧客正常反映實際問題，店家還有理了，拜拜拜拜

整體住的還是很舒服的，房間很整潔，準備的東西也很全面，就是吐槽兩點，一是房間可能有些舊了，牆皮會掉，房間反鎖的鎖第一天就打不開了，不過服務態度很好，馬上修好了，二是房間隔音效果不是很好，能清楚聽到隔壁的聲音。
優點是離觀前街特別近，走兩步就是了，離拙政園、獅子林、博物館、平江路這些地方都特別近，幾站地就到了。價錢也比較優惠的，性價比比較高，下面的照片都是實拍，以供借鑒。
