I loved every minute of my stay at the Four Points. Fast and smooth check in, friendly attentive staff members at the front desk. I was fortunate to receive an upgrade with a lovely view l during peak season (National Holiday) at no extra charge. The hotel is near Moon Bay station 🚉 and there are plenty of restaurants around the area. I loved the magical views of Dashu Lake, so you can take a long stroll around the lake if you’d like. I highly recommend the hotel and its my go to when visiting Suzhou 💗

The hotel has an excellent location, surrounded by Dushu Lake, with beautiful scenery and rippling blue water. At a certain moment, it feels like being at the seaside. The service staff is very friendly and will greet you warmly when passing by. The room is very clean, the lobby floor is smooth and bright, and the sweeping robot is constantly cleaning. This is the second time I stay here, and I may choose it again if I have the chance.

The environment of the hotel is good, (Figure 2 and 3) the hotel sent supper and fruit. It is also convenient to eat. Pengpeng and Xiaojiang at the front desk sent small snacks (picture 4) when they checked out, which is very considerate, and I like them. The service that keeps me amazed, Jinjiang Inn is impressive

I went to the Olympic Sports Center to watch Liu Ruoying's concert. The room was clean and bright. It takes about ten minutes by taxi from the Olympic Sports Center. I like the beautiful woman Zhang Danni at the front desk. She has a gentle attitude and thoughtful gift of a raincoat. It will be rainy when the concert comes out. . Facilities: newer Hygiene: clean, no smell Environment: bright and comfortable Service: considerate

I am very satisfied with the welcome gift, a big bag of delicious food, calligraphy writing in the lobby, and a beautiful girl playing the guzheng during breakfast time. The scholarly family showed its full potential. When checking out, I was given a souvenir, a DIY lantern, which was very popular among children and is very suitable for families with children. The most important thing is price conscience, there was no price increase during the spring

The room was large and very spacious. The bed was big and there was a radiator in the room, so it wasn't cold at all. The TV placed at the foot of the bed is just the right distance away, so it’s beautiful to watch the New Year’s Eve party while lying on the bed. The bathroom is also large and has a bathtub. A family of three had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was also good.
