Swakopmund Sands

The location of the hotel is nearby the beach. Breakfast included and was good. Our room was outside of the hotel, and was good, but a little noisy. For the rest ok👍

This hotel is exceptional. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and it is a great location with short walk to town. Definitely recommended.

Our only negative experience in the whole of our 10 day trip in Namibia. Hotel itself was fine and we had a decent breakfast although my eggs came when everyone else had finished. The main issue was some of the staff were really rude. We came back to our hotel at 8.30 pm to get a drink to be told we couldn't go to the bar because they were cleaning. I tried to sit in the bar area and was told I to go away as she had washed the floor. We had previously checked on timings and were told the bar was open till 9. We had rushed back after dinner to share this time together at the end of the day. It was a shame because that spoiled what would have been a pleasant stay. We also had a less good room than our friends in a different block despite us asking for close rooms and paying the same amount.

We had two wonderful nights. Very friendly atmosphere, location perfect to beach, restaurant and city center, parking in front of the hotel at the street with guard, we felt very safe. Breakfast was outstanding. Would love to come back.

Can you improve on the Wi-Fi connection and perhaps some of us like watching soccer not only Netflix and YouTube.. the breakfast was fantastic

Lovely rooms, brillant staff, good breakfast. An all round winner of a hotel. Definitely would stay there again.

Hotel is well situated with amazing views. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and had spectacular views from both balconies. The breakfast was superb and the staff simply awesome!

It was my second time visiting Swakopmund and staying in Swakopmund sands hotel.From the reception to the room service and room standards,up to the dining area where we had our breakfast, everything was just so amazing,the staff there are so wonderful,so friendly both at the reception and where we had our wonderful breakfast.So our plan is to visit again for the third time and for sure that's where will be staying

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Swakopmund. Definitely recommended. Good starting point for trips into town.
