We hard rain in our room . Plus the air conditioning was licking

Stayed there for a night. It was OK for short stay. Nothing special

Great restaurant and rooftop terrace, A/C available. Room decoration a bit basic.

This places was not what was described in the pictures. It’s very run down and needs a lot of work. Very dirty inside the room, door was not locking, dirty bed outside door and window was falling off . There were stains everywhere and mould growing on the walls.

Their rooftop is the best to explore the breathtaking view of beautiful Sylhet. Service is also very professional than any other hotels. Just love the interior of Antalya Restaurant along with delicious meals. Coming here with fnfs would be the best plan for your next holiday!

I’ve never thought I would find out such a beautiful unique hotel in my city. The staff and management was super friendly and helpful and made our stay even more memorable. Ambiance was 10/10. Loved their food and pool. Specially you can have a full city view from their infinity pool and can also see meghalaya mountain range on a clear sky day. Restaurants are very well decorated and Couple dinner package is highly recommended. The taste of kebab items from dinner were so good that still making me crave for this. And they have an open air Shisha bar near pool which is kinda best. 😍 Believe me once you go and stay there and Boom!💥 you would love them so much that there’s no turning back. Excellent Hotel. Absolute value for money. The service and ambience you get in the money you pay for is amazing. Specially the rooftop is out of the world

I visited the shisha lounge upstairs. Made advance payment. 2300tk for special shisha. Lady killer flavour was disgusting from the start. 10 mins in I told the staff we cannot taste anything but burnt flavour and it’s hitting the back of the throat. Staff kept saying to smoke it will get better. I told them 3 times in a space of 20 mins. Nothing was done. We then walked out and went to Grand Sylhet (Sahara lounge). Staff were super unfriendly. Very disappointed. If you are from the UK and smoke shisha avoid this place. It’s a scam.

I enjoy being with my family and in a cool place. I get a free morning breakfast. In the days time I doing swimming and also cheap rate food price and best quality food and amazing. I like rooftop hotel cause I saw town and views.

This place is nothing like the photos. Hotel is completely outdated. I booked the royal double room it was so small and was not what the pictures showed. Bathroom shower floor was broken, and sink, super dirty. Place just needs renovation. Greeting from Reception was poor. Eventually they gave me much better room, transportation going to this hotel is very bad because there is construction front of the hotel. Overall I would not recommend if you’re looking for a clean place. Breakfast was decent and do not provide bottle water and have to pay. Floor Staff was very friendly and helpful.

A very cozy place to stay. Everything was neat and clean. The in-house restaurant was also good. The complimentary breakfast was the best. There were plenty of options to choose and almost all of the items were good.

There is nothing to say apart from stay away from this grand hotel the foodd the serve is not fresh god know many days old food they served us. We saw the hype on tictok regarding this place to be honest the street vendours have better service

Overall, this hotel looks good. Apart from cleanliness, hygiene. Not all rooms have a window that can be opened or there is no window to open at all. The windows are so dirty that you can hardly see anything outside. The rooms are cleaned with some smelly chemicals/Grand Suite room/. You can also book room 915 or 916 directly at the hotel /The Royal Suites/. These rooms are equipped with a small kitchenette, NO plates, pots, cutlery, just nothing. If you want to cook something, you have to go to the store and buy something to cook and eat. This kitchen is just decoration. As for the city of Sylhet, it is a city where, after leaving the hotel, you are attacked by street beggars. At every turn, there is no place in this city without people collecting money. This is really very unpleasant and makes you not want to take a normal walk on the street. Apart from tea fields and two rivers over 50 km away, there is nothing to look at. never again

My Second visit to this hotel and as usual it was an amazing one. Very nice clean rooms and outstanding behaviour of the staffs make you feel special. A new addition to this property is a beautiful rooftop pool with infinity swimming pool which is a must visit. Definitely coming back again.
