The hotel is great and we enjoyed a lot our time here. The staff at the bars and restaurant is extremely friendly and very attentive. The food was very good and very tasty. The reception staff very helpful and always smiling. Our room had pool view and exceeded our expectations. Animation team is fantastic, trying to engage everyone around the pool, adults and children, in all the fun activities. Mini disco was amazing for the little ones. You can always find sunbeds available at the pool. Overall we had a great time and I recommend this hotel without a doubt.

11/10 had a wonderful time with my partner. Staff were all super friendly and helpful, in particular all of the front desk staff and the lovely lady at the spa reception (I think her name was Christie?). Food was all delicious and varied every day. The beach restaurant that is included is beautiful and spacious with many shuttle buses to and from the hotel. Gym was well equipped, better than many hotel gyms I have used before and although the hotel was quite busy there was always enough sun beds and table space. On the last day I booked a massage with Dimitri and I'm glad it was the end of my trip or I'd have been back there every day. The spa was a little expensive but definitely worth it - perfect massage and very professional.

Me and my partner have just returned from this hotel. It was so lovely! The staff where really accommodating and friendly. The room was cleaned daily. The snack bar severed hot meals all day until 4pm as much as you wanted to eat. The bar staff where lovely and quick. The cocktails where very nice! It is however located at the top of a steep hill, this did not bother myself and partner we walked mostly down and back up no problem, howeber others my stuggle. There is not alot around there a couple of shops and a beach at the bottom of the hill. Beaches not sandy, but their is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the private beach which has a bar with food and drinks included in the all Inclusive package. The driver often offered to drop us to the shops on his way down. So friendly! Their is a local bus which is cheap and easy to use, we visited Linda's, falaraki and Rhodes using this bus. The main food was standard, nothing exciting. We will return again next year as we both loved the quietness of the hotel, it was very family orientated and couples.

Nefeli gave a really good Cretan massage in the spa area. She was kind and service minded. Telling how this trea**ent is and why the Cretan massage was a good option in stead of the classic sports massage. I warmly recommend a massage here. Thank you

Clean hotel, lovely staff. Food was good and has a beautiful view from all parts of the hotel. Spa gets booked up fast so recommend booking that the first day. A lovely cafe aswell at the bottom of the hill called Grecafe would definitely recommend.

The Princess Sun Hotel specifically advertises beautiful views and features pictures of those views in their official offer. In reality the landscape is barren, filled with burned trees and looks nothing like in the official pictures due to last year's fire. Since we selected the hotel specifically for the views, we were very disappointed with the actual state of the landscape and after a frustrating discussion with the manager we left the hotel. Despite not rising to the promises in their offer, the hotel denied us the refund. They continue to feature deceitful photos of the landscape in social media, instead of advertising the infrastructure.

I had a wonderful experience at the Princess Sun Hotel & Spa! The Cretan massage therapy offered at their spa was heavenly; truly a rejuvenating and relaxing experience with a skilled therapist Dimitri, who catered attentively to my needs. Additionally, the receptionist Nefeli was exceptional. Warm, and welcoming, and went out of her way to ensure my stay was perfect. This place is a gem in Kiotari, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a top-notch spa experience coupled with stellar service!

It has been a pleasure at Aegeo Spas in Rhodes. The place is beautiful, clean and calming. The staff is just amazing, really kind and professional. I received the best and most relaxing massage from Dimitri. Definitely should try!

The hotel was lovely. All staff very attentive. Had a spar trea**ent, full body massage by Atzela which was perfect and extremely relaxing. Nefeli explained everything about the trea**ents and was so lovely and friendly. Thank you
