房間很大，乾淨，設施完好，停車也還方便，前台服務也很熱情，介紹了塔城的主要旅遊景點和特色美食，還給寫清楚如何走，非常感謝。

特別差的一次住宿，是迄今為止攜程最差的一次，衞生間燈壞的，沒有熱水，更可惡是第二天開不了發票，入住的時候説好好的能開，第二天退房開不了

此生入住最差的酒店沒有之一，實在是太差了，整個樓層包括房間內都有嚴重的異味，甚至晚上都沒法入睡，洗手池肥皂盒不乾淨有頭髮，衞生間還漏水！！！

首先這家酒店根本不是剛開業兩年的新店，設施老舊了，大家看好再訂。第一次給的房間B205衞生間下水道臭味嗆鼻子，即使房間用了空氣清新劑也蓋不住味道。無奈換了B212，這個房間好在衞生間沒味，其他的比如牆面漏過水導致牆面有大片水漬和污垢、沙窗是壞的等等就不計較了。沒想到晚上洗澡才發現，衞生間地漏位置居然是衞生間的最高點，洗澡時水都快漫出衞生間門口了才下去一點水，而且大淋浴噴頭是壞的，小噴頭又沒什麼水壓，難怪大家説洗澡水小，實在無語。更糟心的是第二天早上洗頭洗了一半居然停水了，打電話給前台居然不知道停水，好在沒停多久水就來了，真是折磨人！總之糟點一堆，預訂需謹慎！
