The soundproofing effect of the room was very poor. There were people talking loudly in the corridor at 12 o'clock in the evening. The hotel waiter asked us to negotiate among ourselves. Moreover, the room was quite dirty. There were obvious hairs on the bed, the toilet and the phone were broken. It is really not recommended.

The room is well-equipped and clean. It's convenient to eat nearby and the breakfast is OK.

The hotel decoration is very good and the mattress is very comfortable

I often travel on business and rarely write negative reviews, but this hotel is one that even Ctrip staff are speechless about. When booking the hotel, the room type I chose was a no-deposit check-in. I had to collect a deposit at the front desk (the deposit was more than the room fee). Ctrip staff negotiated with the hotel about the cancellation of the deposit and the front desk also had a tough attitude. The hotel room was too small to turn around, there were many dust mites in the room, and the hygiene was worrisome. After a good sleep, my back was full of itchy pimples due to allergies, and the walls in the room were peeling off in many places. The facilities, sanitation, environment and services are all worrying. You can stay in a very good hotel in Taining at the same price.

The hotel was opened in 18 years. The facilities are old and outdated, and the service awareness is not good. Let me give a few examples: 1. The breakfast room is very hot on the 7th floor on the top floor. I am not willing to turn on the air conditioning in advance to cool down. I have to wait for the guests to arrive. Only then did I turn on the air conditioner. It was too hot and I was not in the mood to eat; 2. The double room only gave one room card, not even an electricity card! This is a hotel for two to three hundred and one nights. I never expected that it could be so stingy🤣The hotel explained that it was because it was full during the peak period and there were no extra room cards. I usually had to tear down the east wall to make up for it. Use the key card on the west wall? Laughing to death... 3. There is no laundry room, only an old machine that is said to be new but is actually covered with dust, and the faucet has no water and cannot be used 🤣; 4. The hotel towels are torn, they are torn, how dare you Do you believe it? (See picture); 5. The car’s tires were deflated while it was parked in the hotel’s dedicated parking lot! Oh my gosh, this is no longer a consumer experience issue, it's a safety issue. It makes people tremble. The only advantage of this hotel is that it is located in the center of the city, only a few hundred meters away from the ancient city and Shangshu Di, so it is convenient for eating and shopping. Also, all the staff are very friendly. But I probably won't choose this place again. 😅

It is this hotel every time I come on business, it is very convenient from the location. There are many places to eat around the hotel, but Taining’s food is a bit spicy, be careful of my stomach [naughty] I will choose this hotel next time I come to Taining.
