Like the location near train station n Tennoji Park. Staff not good at English n with helpful. Lots of freebies though room is small but cosy.

I stayed this hotel in 2017 which was impressed me by lots of amenities provided in the lobby as well as the drinks and snacks. 5 years past, I insisted to stay in this hotel and finally without any regrets. The room is clean and a massage chair in the room as before. The snack has been changed to the complimentary aftertea which is impressive. Chinese staff is of much assistance when I checked in and provided lots of information of the hotel facilities.

令全家喜出望外的酒店
交通：距離天王寺站北出口大約三五百米，非常方便，是一家很少有中國遊客的酒店。
房間：我定了4人房，兩張上下鋪床。單人床上下鋪兩個孩子睡，雙人床上下鋪我和老公睡，一人一張床對於特種兵行程來説簡直就是太明智了，相互不打擾，每張床都有遮光圍簾，太讚了。
房間雖小五臟俱全，簡直就是安利日式家裝的樣板房，衞生間的乾濕分離做的非常好，左側單獨的房間是馬桶，右邊是標準化的浴缸+淋雨日式整體浴室，很大的浴缸。
我定的是不含早的房價，返了20%優惠券，用開吃早飯足夠了，早飯提前一晚預訂可以送到房間裏吃。
一樓可以自主領取各種一次性用品，浴鹽、洗髮水、沐浴露、刮舌板、……
全天可以免費喝飲料，包括咖啡。每晚可以吃免費拉麪自己動手DIY。
超預期。

這家酒店在天王寺地鐵站旁邊，出行非常方便，房間非常大，有按摩椅和按摩浴缸，還有免費下午茶，一樓還有各種浴鹽和小樣，辦入住還送了很多代金券，這是我在日本住過最滿意的一家酒店了。

服務一流有中文服務員，入住有現金卷送，可以用在酒店使用，酒店提供一系列試用品及不同護膚品沐浴用品一應俱全。每晚有拉麵提供，醬油和豬骨湯拉麵都試過味道還可以，有二十四小時酒水供應，以及每天都有下午茶。下次來大阪還會選擇這一間酒店！

地理位置方便，關西機場直接車到JR天王寺站，北口出行4分鐘就到，check-in時會有一疊coupon可以當現金用，服務員態度非常好，可惜是房間燈光太暗。
