JW Marriott Hotel Taiyuan

After arriving, I waited for a long time to check in. The efficiency is really very low. When I asked if I could check in, the front desk said I was sorry and had forgotten you. Well, I was speechless. The room is really hot and there is no air conditioning Strengthen it. Don’t let such a good hotel brand go to waste. Just stayed for one night. It is recommended for foreign tourists.

One thing to say, the experience was not good.

The bathtub is a little stained. You have to go downstairs to get takeaways. There are no robots. The toilet flushing upstairs is too loud. The sound insulation is poor. This is the worst jw I have ever stayed in.

I chose Marriott on the first day, but the experience was really bad. I called early to make a reservation and mentioned my needs, and they all agreed. But when we checked in at 6 pm, the security outside the lobby refused to let us park on the ground. If there were free parking spaces, they rushed us to the underground. , I was still unable to get a room when I checked in at the lobby, and the swimming pool was said to be closed for maintenance. Finally, it was confirmed that the price for check-in the next day would be the same as the previous booking. When I extended my stay the next day, I was told that I could only pay the price for that day. , and delayed each other's time, and finally decided not to continue their stay. They changed to Intercontinental, and Intercontinental was not disappointed.

The pricing during the Tomb Sweeping Day holiday is unreasonable, with an increase exceeding the usual 40%; the supporting facilities are very poor, and the electrical appliances in the room have malfunctions and abnormal noises; the management level and service level are very poor, simple matters have been communicated repeatedly to no avail, and have been delayed, which is completely inconsistent with this price. It's not up to standard in all aspects. We spent a whole day communicating with each other about solutions, but there was still no reply until 4 hours after leaving the store.

抱着試試的態度入住的，因為頭晚住的滿意，儘管漲價了依然又續住了一晚，早餐不錯，品種豐富，大堂安保小哥哥熱情周到有禮貌～ 發現了一個小問題，第一天關了推拿門睡覺，沒有啥感覺，第二天睡覺忘了關推拿門，隔壁關門好吵，不知道是客人文明程度欠佳，還是隔音效果不理想～

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，聽説這家JW剛開業一個多月，還是很期待的。酒店前台Elina小姐姐很熱情，服務周到！酒店設計低調奢華，各項服務都還不錯👍地理位置非常優越，出門就是商業區，來太原住這裏還是很方便的哦！下次會推薦朋友也來住！
