酒店服務態度挺好，但是衞生不太好，房間蚊子太多，住一晚上咬了腿上4.5個包……衞生間未提供涼拖鞋，洗澡容易滑倒，洗澡間算相當的小了，洗澡不舒服空間太小太小。洗漱品還好，隔音算不錯了。

衞生真的不好，前台感覺不熟悉流程，一天給我打了三個電話讓我回去辦續住交按金，告訴我晚上10點30就下班了，但我當時去了大同，人不在，就叫了朋友過去處理，朋友到了前台又説，一直都有人，隨時可以處理，我真是服了這前後矛盾的説法，我晚上回來又發現沒有一次性拖鞋，又跟前台打電話説明需求，然後過了十分鐘吧拖鞋拿來了。整體的體驗不太好，如果可能的話建議選擇別人家，這家我不會再來了
。最後放幾個景觀圖，希望來旅遊的朋友玩得開心！

洗澡水是涼的！是涼的！是涼的！壺口瀑布回來 滿身塵土 孩子去洗澡説是涼水！結果感冒了！跟前台説了 人過來説工程師下班了 解決不了！真是服了！最最差勁的一次入住體驗！衞生相當一般，設施舊。第二天去前台反映問題 結果 主管説得核實情況 給不了答覆！我去！真是領教了！

在太原火車站對面（非高鐵站），參加山西旅遊團方便，旅遊集散地就在附近，房間比較大，有暖氣玎冬天入住舒服 ，設施有點老舊 ，衞生間淋浴房偏小花灑又高洗頭不方便，洗澡水下去慢 ，床品舒服 ，每天供應4瓶礦泉水，早餐28一位不錯，附近也有很多小飯店便利店，吃飯買東西都方便，前台每天晚上有八寶粥供應，總的來説這個價位性價比還是蠻高的。

時隔整整九年之後全家人再次春節期間一起自駕游出行，這已經是本人第四次山西之行了，也是繼2013年暑期帶着老母親坐火車、汽車自助遊太原市之後時隔11年故地重遊。這次春節期間的山西省之行，正月初四到了太原市後住宿在了鐘樓街旁的一家酒店，正月初八從晉南的運城市開車返回到太原市後選擇了太原火車站旁邊的這家酒店。該酒店就在太原火車站對面，直線距離不到一百米，進站乘車很方便，周圍吃飯的餐館也很多，是自助遊的遊客不錯的住宿選擇。雖然過去了十年，太原火車站面貌依舊，默默注視着南來北往的旅客。全家六個人訂了三間房間，酒店有自己的停車場可以免費停車，電梯讓85歲的老母親上下樓非常方便。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，有免費的礦泉水、紙拖鞋，有中央空調，各方面都不亞於之前在鐘樓街住宿的那家酒店，唯一遺憾的是酒店不提供早餐。
