健身房好：設施齊全，設備多，跑步機都有5台。
游泳池好：22米×10米。水温合適，乾淨。人少。
早餐豐盛：品種多，質量好。廚師是認真在做早
餐。高檔食材不少，選材新鮮，擺盤也
講究。這酒店的早餐是超配的。
服務熱情：服務人員普遍熱情，領導和員工都不錯
也有不足：因為房屋結構的缺陷，衞生間小了點。
地下車庫雖然有3層，但還是有車位緊張
的問題。

房間搞亂了，其實非常乾淨整潔，酒店早餐非常豐盛，中西餐都有；還有1.2m游泳池，小朋友也不會擔心。酒店的服務人員都非常熱情，早餐服務人員給了扎頭髮皮筋，擦眼鏡紙巾，非常贊，有機會去太原，還選擇梧桐酒店。

酒店的整體服務非常好！我很挑剔的一個人也感覺做的非常好！銷售經理趙甜宇服務熱情，提前打電話溝通，非常暖心，房間裏還有直飲機，還贈送水果和星巴克咖啡，這些細節很讓人感動！整體感受五顆星！

酒店位置很好，服務一流，響應也非常及時！但是不知道為什麼我們住的是後面那棟樓，隔音簡直一言難盡！打個相對恰當的比方，就類似於在樓道里睡的，外面的聲音和一個屋一樣，最受不了這樣的！

第一天入住還是有些問題的，反饋到前台，服務還不錯，房務做的還好，布草鋪放平整，建議酒店一次性用品在做房流程上，做好檢查，個別前廳工作人員及房務部保潔員還需要規範性培訓，設施很棒，設計風格比較人性化，考慮到了住客的體驗需求。飲用水非常方便，是速熱飲水機，每日的水果根據客人的食用情況進行更換，房間空間感不錯，網絡穩定，適合商務辦公出行，非常感謝所有工作人員的服務！
