Another thing is that the service of some employees is not very good ~ most of the employees' service is OK. Only one front desk employee felt that she was not familiar with the business or deliberately targeted her. I asked her to help choose a room with good lighting. She directly gave me a room facing the hotel patio. The room was dark, damp, and had a very strong musty smell. After complaining, other front desk ladies took me to a room facing the outdoors, which was relatively better. I hope the hotel can strengthen some employee training. If it weren't for that employee who made me feel so special. If you feel uncomfortable, you should be able to give it a five-point rating.
