整體感覺還不錯，房東人很好，準備的很齊全，啥都有，但是這房子太老了，隔音不行，因為正好遇到寒潮颳風下雨，一早被樓上樓下的窗户乒乓作響的聲音吵醒，衞生間有點點太小了，但是節假日這個價位個地段還是不錯的。

沿街老小區老公房，但是房門一開，哇，乾淨整潔敞亮！設施齊全，廚房裡還有大蒸鍋，買了大閘蟹回來蒸了吃，爽極了！
小區邊上就是鳳城河，風景很漂亮，雖然是老城區，但是很安靜。地理位置也好，離留芳茶社很近，走路5分鐘。
房東很客氣，介紹了好多好玩的好吃的，主動詢問是否開車，安排了停車位。
