酒店地理位置還不錯，離高速出口挺近的，環境挺好的，很安靜。國慶還有國潮廟會活動，前台小原和小孫服務熱情，房間還送了水果，房間的衞生間乾濕分離的，床很軟，房間空間很大帶陽台，客房衞生很乾凈，有浴缸可以泡澡，酒店綠化環境很好，空氣清新。酒店自助早餐味道很好，品種很多很豐盛，性價比超高，很有特色，酒店離溱湖濕地公園很近，開車衹需30分鐘，是到泰州度假旅遊的最佳選擇，服務非常到位，設施設備完善，房間乾淨整潔，床是真大，很爽，樓道的阿姨很熱情很可愛，大堂許經理特別親切，有什麼問題都能幫忙及時解決，性價比很高！

帶着父母一直住碧桂園 父母對碧桂園有情懷的 十幾年前就來過 近幾年也陸陸續續會來住住 周邊遊玩一下 這次帶着父母孩子再次入住碧桂園，中途有點小插曲 但是前廳戴經理人美心善，處理的非常好 能夠體諒住客的心 家人很滿意 讓原本的壞心情煙消雲散了，下次來還是住碧桂園！已推薦了同事帶家人來住 相信碧桂園！

旅遊達人強推啊 在我去過的70多個城市裡 碧桂園是能讓我記住的 來泰州就住碧桂園吧 戴經理人美還熱情 裝修特別氣派 給我媽高興壞了 真的阿姨媽媽們一致好評 拍拍拍 房間特別寬敞 陽台也很大 還有個大浴缸 床也很軟很舒服 窗簾一拉可以睡到太陽曬屁股 自助早餐品種很豐富 有當地特色的長魚麪 比起前一天的興華400塊的森林酒店好太多太多

曾經非常火的酒店，現在看還是非常富麗堂皇。這次帶爹媽跟娃出門選擇了4人的套房，一家人在一起方便照顧。早餐品種不算豐富但該有的都有也就可以了，魚湯麪非常鮮美，感覺吃一碗就滿足了。前台服務員態度也非常好會願意推薦周邊好吃好玩的，為他們點贊。

先説好的：非常棒的酒店。雖然建成時間很久了，但是保養的不不錯。服務人員熱情，有求必應，響應速度快。大堂歐式風格非常搶眼。室外的小童樂園很好玩，有很大的滑梯。花園式酒店，無聊的時候在酒店內部逛逛就很好，停車也很方便。
再説缺點：室內小童樂園超級小，比較雞肋。早飯沒什麼好吃的，對不起泰州的早茶文化。
特別表揚大堂原經理。真的很熱情很專業，臨走時還送了伴手禮，給了小朋友們玩具。

性價比超高的酒店，服務很好，有室內室外兩個小童樂園，雖然不大，但是小朋友玩的很開心。定的童趣房，房間很大，有獨立的小床，孩子一個人睡，覺得很神奇，要是房間裏能再加點滑滑梯和玩的東西就更棒了！離高鐵站也很近，打車10分鐘，對面的湘菜館味道也不錯。

非常滿意。五一節去全家出遊泰州，吃了會賓樓的早茶，非常滿足。蟹黃包，五丁包，魚湯餛飩都是我的最愛，分量足。碧桂園鳳凰酒店大堂裝修精緻，帶有歐洲風格，剛來時還贈送了精美水果。房間空間相當大，淋雨水流超大，把一天疲憊跟着水流都沖走了。退房時還贈送了積木，太感謝酒店了，用心了。這次五一真心快樂！

前台的小原是個好寶寶~還沒有入住就很熱情的打過電話了。溝通了接送機的路程，推薦了軟件入住之後送了愛心水果，每天都會詢問房間細節和有沒有要補的物品。還給房間裏送了浴缸套和洗衣液，照顧無微不至。還能推薦周邊的吃喝玩樂，入住體驗感非常好。很感謝前台的工作人員小原，希望下次有緣能再見。
