値段の割に料理内容がひどかった。宿泊費が半額になったとしてももう遠慮したいレベルでした。 料理内容の改善が必要だと思います。 当日は貸切状態でどこにも人がいなく温泉はいつ入っても1人きりだったのは違う意味では良かった。経営状況を心配したくなるくらい誰も宿泊客がいなかった。

Compared to the one-stop-two-food options in Lake Kawaguchi and Hakone, I prefer Hakone and Lake Kawaguchi. There are private baths in the room, both outdoor and indoor, which are very convenient. You can enjoy the snow scenery and soak in the hot springs at the same time.

Because the number of children was entered incorrectly when booking the room, when checking out the room, I paid 7,000 yen for the child fee, and asked the hotel to provide a bed and quilt, but was refused! The attitude is very bad and very confusing. There are tour groups staying and it’s very noisy! The facilities are old, there are many moldy places in the hot spring, and the hot spring water is lukewarm and not hot enough. Food was terrible, worst experience ever.

It's a very old hot spring hotel. Breakfast and dinner are all Japanese-style, and they taste good. I had to check out at 10 o'clock in the morning. It happened to rain on the morning of check-out. It took me a while to ask the front desk to borrow an umbrella. In the end, I was given two umbrellas, one of which was broken. There are two pools outside and inside the hot spring. There were no guests when we went.
