Great services and attentive staff. Food at the restaurant was delicious and plenty of varieties. The chalets are spacious, have beautiful view and comfortable. The lodge is family friendly and accommodating to kids. We had a great stay and meals. The lodge also has very strong wifi for the guests and said that soon they will install wifi to all rooms. Hot shower is also available. We will definitely go back there again.

The food had variety and was very good ,especially the African dishes . The bed was very comfortable and had clean sheets and very soft and fluffy pillows. There was a problem with the bathroom but it was later fixed. my room had a really nice view of Mt Kilimanjaro.

I wanted to experience some unique accommodations on my first visit to Kenya and after careful consideration I chose this hotel for its good value. I was hesitant due to mixed reviews but knowing it was owned by fellow countrymen made me feel relatively at ease. Overall the stay was quite pleasant; the wooden cabins had a lot of character with many local elements and the rooms were fairly clean. It was reassuring to have Chinese management staff present as communication was smooth and the hotel employees were friendly and attentive. The hotel provided three meals which were all decently prepared with a good variety of meat and vegetarian options that tasted quite acceptable. Contrary to expectations, the shower water wasn't unstable and although some facilities appeared outdated they functioned normally in all aspects. Worth mentioning is their unexpected drone rental service which solved a major problem for travel photography since bringing drones into this country is not possible. This African trip has been worry-free thanks to this added surprise

It's hard to leave a review for this property because it's in a great location it appears to be inviting when you first arrive. However b forewarned, there are some serious problems with this property. The most important thing for a property is to have a nice comfortable bed. I must say this was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life in fact there was no mattress. It only had a box spring. This was not unique to my room but all of the other guests traveling with me only had box springs. It was like sleeping on a board. Perhaps aboard would be better. In addition their beautiful atmosphere included individual huts that were covered by tent like structures. I love the look however these tent structures heated up the rooms to unbearable hot temperatures so you needed to find somewhere else to spend your afternoons. There is no air conditioning to cool them off and the fans could not outdo the heat generated from the Sun. The rooms were cool in the evening no problem sleeping. The bathrooms were okay. Our shower head only emitted a fine mist pretty tough to get the shampoo out of your hair. The food was good but limited in variety. Of the three places we stayed we ranked the food at this location third. Yes you will be fine staying here but if you value sleeping at night on a reasonably comfortable mattress and having a decent shower in the morning I would suggest you go somewhere else.

The cottage room are so nice and very unique. The food is also very sweat and delicious. The people are amazingly sweet! Everyone tries to make you feel welcome and taking the time for you. It is really a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the things that makes the place so unique. All employees are so kind and helpful. They are always wearing a warm smile. Everything was amazing! Food, staff especially. We are looking forward to come back after the safari to this really nice place.

we were recommended by a friend and the experience was really nice i loved the masaai dance the food was really good the experience in general was amazing. don't forget also the service, it was really warm the staffs were friendly and the lodge was also beautiful.

Great place. Rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated including the bathroom. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant area is big enough, we never waited. Typical food very well presented. Other choices too. There is a bar/coffee are also spacious where you can enjoy a coffee or any other drink. There is a swimming pool but I think is not working at the moment we went. Even though the installations are working perfect, the place in general looks a bit old.
