I was staying at Hotel Yasmin Karawaci for a retreat in May 2019. The hotel is located a bit off Lippo Karawaci area. The hotel is quite spacious. Room is adequately sized, with minimalist design, low cost material, but does not look cheap. My only concern with the room is that it has cigarette smell and the bathroom has bad odour. Staff are generally friendly. During my stay, vegetarian food was served. They are delicious. The stay was not bad overall.

Residences close to lippo swimming pool are the reason we stayed here. The first floor room check, for old people with wheelchairs, there is a small elevator which is enough for two. The size of the room is large, so the bathroom is wide. Peaceful location, and very affordable prices. There is a simple breakfast fried rice with tea or coffee. What makes it very uncomfortable was the super duper security guard. When we checked in, they only saw the phone without help at all, even when I brought my parents on a wheelchair. And the officer from the 23rd night of June was still standing and just playing a phone, a super duper attitude, not being given a warning.

Staycation with baby 1 year, try swimming pool .. Pool cleanliness needs to be improved .. It's good to have a choice of children's pool, but because it's so dirty, can't bear for babies ... So swim in adult pool ... Breakfast is pretty good, varied choices ... The bathroom exhaust didn't work, the TV remote couldn't be remotely .. Good location, outside the hotel a lot of choices for busy food at night ... We ordered a superior room, free upgrade to deluxe room ... So generous

The room is very clean and so is the towels and bed sheets. However the sink is clogged so waste and water is only accommodated. The ac works well. There is a shared kitchen that can be used. Best service. But unfortunately the pool is a bit dirty. Location inside the complex so have to show ID outside the gate. In the lobby there is also food selling.
