One of the cheapest , around MYR90 weekend in Malacca If you got room facing the river near the sea, it is ok with bbq grill, cement ferro stools and table set, small pool Hot shower, table with chair, kettle without cups , free wifi in the room Compund should be cleaner Parking should be paved /tarred, messy during rainy season

The hotel is across the road from the beach and the Melaka Straits. Whilst not recently refurbished the family room we were allocated was in reasonable condition and clean. The room was not carpeted but this possibly made it easier to keep clean. We arrived late in the evening but even at this time the staff were friendly and efficient. The only issue we had was the whilst breakfast was included in the price, we booked a room for two adults and two children and ended up having to pay an additional sum for two more breakfasts.

We stayed here on June 17th in a deluxe room near the pool. The basic facilities of the room are ok. The design concept of the room is biased towards the Malaysian architectural style. I like it so much. I love the windows in the room, it reminds me of my house in Kampung River. May be due to Ramadan, the surroundings are peaceful with plenty of privacy. The pool looks clean and well maintained. The reception lady was very friendly and humble. There is a collection of antiques in the lobby, unfortunately we didn't have much time to take selfies. The room would be perfect with some renovation/replacement of the exterior structure of the room. But that doesn't bother me. I will stay here again.
