Broadway inn is centrally located. This property is well co with other parts of the city. Staff cooperative and friendly. Rooms are ventilated and clean.

The room needs to be revamped. The accessories were given only for one person while 2 people checked in… the mattresses make a a noise and need to be changed as sleeping on noisy mattresses is a pain. The hallways leading to the room had a light stale smell.

We had a comfortable stay and location of the hotel was very nice. Hotel staff was very warm. Food was excellent and restraunt had great ambience. Check in and check out was also very smooth. Washroom were clean.

Room was not good as we paid. Need specious space and the package we paid for dinner or launch not having much varieties. Only veg was option after request it was arranged

Good is good. Location was appropriate as we needed. Rooms had a pungent smell but they did changed the room on request. Food taste was ok not great for sure. Breakfast buffet is minimum with limited options to order. No parking inside the premises, wall e parking but they park on road under the sun. I have stayed with same cost in better hotels, but considering meerut it was good hotel. Do go with high hopes, basic services are assured.

Rude behavior of the reception, last night felt insecure, horrified with the attitude of the Guards, security and reception staff. We were looking for a assistant at 2 am at night. Apparently at Hotels there are timing restrictions, entry gates are closed and guests are harassed on the road for entry. No support system you are on your own.Felt helpless and biggest mistake to book in a below standard hotel. They do not have parking facility inside the premises.
