Tracey works very hard in all departments to keep the standard up.. she even washed my white jacket that had got stained by accident. Amazing service.. We were lucky to meet a great family from Catalonia whilst we were with Tracy.. very interesting.. Pendine beach is outstanding if you don’t go on a MOD day so restricted access then. We ate at a very gorgeous place The Dylan Resort & Spa that was super. Dylan Thomas home was adjacent and worth a visit if you like culture.. We were blessed with lovely weather so a perfect visit.. Thank you Tracy for a super stay and your adherence to ‘standards’"

"Spent three nights here, whilst visiting Pembrokeshire. Easy enough to get the bus to about a 10/15 minute walk away from the hostel, although there is parking available if you want to drive here. We stayed in an ensuite room, which had a small shower and toilet. We also used the shared facilities which were clean. Shared kitchen facilities were spacious, with plenty of seating available. You could also choose to be catered for, should you wish. Would be happy to stay here again."

"We just returned from our first family trip to Tenby, and this stay made it truly memorable. A massive shoutout to Steve, who looked after us throughout our 4-night stay. He checked us in efficiently, gave great local recommendations, and served us at dinner with friendly conversation. On one occasion during our 4 night stay, we didn’t have a reservation at the pub downstairs, but they did their best to accommodate us anyways and we didn’t have to wait. Even though the accommodation is above a busy pub, Steve was incredibly attentive and ensured we never waited. He is professional, kind, and made our holiday that much better. The room was brand new and spotless. It is above the pub we were on the top floor which was quiet. The bed was comfortable with excellent bedding, and the modern bathroom was top Notch. We stayed during a rare heatwave, but the excellent fan in the room provided kept us cool. Also the pub downstairs is AC. Housekeeping was also reliable and friendly and always smiling :) The layout is highly convenient. There is a separate front entrance for the rooms if you want to bypass the pub, and a back exit that makes the public car park on the road behind just a 5-minute walk away. The food was great (highly recommend the Sunday roast!). The bar staff also showed amazing kindness—when my dad accidentally knocked another patron's beer over, the bartender replaced it immediately and refused payment. Overall, an excellent stay with top-tier service. We had a great time and will definitely be back!"

"The site was lovely and very quiet. The cafe staff were lovely and so was the food we ordered. Check in was very slow and would have benefited from two members of staff. We stayed one night which I was glad about as the landlord was not great. Before we got in two beers bottles were left open on porch from previous people The land pod was covered with cobwebs and a few spiders inside and had not been wiped over for a long time. The only thing done was a new bin bag and clean bedding. I even found a crushed pecan nut in the sleeping area with fur on it. Luckily I packed wet wipes and after 15 mins we managed to clean the worst of the webs. The land pod was basic but cosy, which we expected but not a sealed unit with a large gap under the door for bugs to get in. Eek! The bedrooms were very small ( but we knew they were small doubles) however for anyone slightly larger it would be uncomfortable as the back sleeping area where my husband and I slept my nose was practically against the wall and was very clostophobic! It was well insulated and warm inside but the sides did lift quite frequently with the strong winds. This was in July so must be very loud in winter!"
