I stayed here for just 1 night. I chose the hotel because its located near the National Football Stadium in Tbilisi. I was in Georgia to watch the UEFA Under 21 Finals Tournament. I spent 3 weeks in the Country and loved it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only 5 minute walk from the ground and a 10 to 15 mi use walk from the main railway station.

Awesome. Everything is perfect. Location, room, terrace, staff. The room was spacious with all becessary aminities. Every single detail is thought about. The sockets near the bed, perfect matresses, perfect pillows. You can sleep like a baby. Work zone. Good WiFi, tea and Coffee aminities. Everything is crystal clean. The staff are very helpful. The terrace is wonderful and picturesque. Deffinitely a place to stay when visiting tbilisi

They canceled the confirmed reservation with payment on the spot, they didn’t even warn and put it before the fact. I chose a hotel for my mother and her friend. Mom is aged and it was planned to check into this hotel after 12 hours of a difficult road. From the very beginning, things did not go as expected, based on good reviews and ratings. At first, I talked with the hotel manager for three days. I tried to find out if it is possible to pay in dollars upon arrival. And if so, what will be the course. On the third day, finally got this information. In the evening, already on the day of the check-in, the manager writes and asks if everything is in order and when it is tentative to wait for the guests. I said that everything is in order and they will arrive soon. When my mother arrived at the hotel, she was told that her reservation had been canceled, allegedly because the card was not valid. First, we booked a room with payment on the spot. Such tariffs are almost always more expensive than standard ones and for a reason. Secondly, the card is valid and we have already paid for much more expensive reservations with it. In any case, if the hotel has chosen this payment method, it understands the risks.
