Refrigerator in room did not work. Had stains on the bed sheets. No hot water lin the shower and in the sink. In general just not a nice experience!

Salina Cruz is not a tourist´s destination. If by any chance there is a need to visit the city, this hotel is a real Oaxaca corner. It also have a restaurant and a charming pool. The staff is lovely. The hotel is close to the main square, it is worthy to take a walk around the neighborhood.

Was quite and comfortable
Refrigerator in room did not work, but we didn't need one so we didn't care.

El concepto es muy bueno, sobretodo para el viajero de negocios. Hay mini refri y cafetera con café de cortesía. Agua bien caliente, muebles de buena hechura y camas cómodas. Buen wifi. Servicio eficaz, pero no amable. Todo parece bien hasta q te das cuenta q tienen una Infestación de cucarachas. Mate 10 antes de poder dormir y moví todos los muebles para asegurarme de q no había más... Me quede unos días antes en un hotel mucho más viejo y no se me apareció ni un solo bicho en aquel(Calendas) .

La chica en recepción simplemente se concreto a decir no cuento con restaurante, no tengo desyunos, no tengo servicio al cuarto, no hubo ni una plancha en la suite. gracias. los pasillos estaban sucios. mal.

Hôtel correct pour le secteur. Bel ameublement dans petite chambre, donc très chargée. Air climatisé défectueuse. Toilette non fonctionnel, l'eau coule en permanence. Pas d'eau chaude.
Lit non confortable. Tête de lit non fixé. Aucun oreillers supplémentaires de disponible. Personnel non attentioné.
