Hello Yaniv, hello Marlène, I am writing to you because I had a bad experience in your hotel. As a reminder, I am a loyal customer of your hotel which I greatly appreciate and I would like to come back. I volunteer for tsahal. I had a difficult week and needed to relax. So I booked a massage at 2 p.m. today. It went very badly: Massage 03/23/2024 Time 2:00 p.m. I didn't feel comfortable Reception: unpleasant, authoritarian The massage started at 2:15 p.m. and ended at 2:45 p.m. I had reserved for an hour The unprofessional masseuse. I have been in pain too often His clothes are not clean Black t-shirt with white spots dirty shoes Bad smells Hair not clean She blew on my face several times. It's not hygienic I was tense. she laughed, she was annoyed. Yesterday I had a massage in the street, it was better. The masseuse doesn't know how to massage, she needs training It is not normal. I don't want to pay for the massage The spa manager offers me a free massage in exchange. But this option does not suit me. I do not trust. I am disgusted.

Loved my room 805, great bedding, lovely view on the city and the see, stylish decoration. Trendy neighbourhood just 2 blocks from the beach. Delicious breakfast, nice staff, what else does one need? Jacuzzis on the sun deck. Restaurant is a must

Great vibe, great location, great service. The DebraBrown Hotel is a great place to stay in TLV. A block from the beach, the rooms are decent sized, clean and comfortable. The staff is very responsive and aims to please. Nice gym and terrace area although teens are a bit noisy at night cavorting in the tubs.

The hotel is located very close to the sea, about 300 meters. Now a constuction is pausing on the street, cars can't pass through, so it was really quite. The breakfast was amazing! They have thought of everything. And they didn't take away the plates at 10:30 when the breakfast time is over. They change the breakfast style after a week, the second style wasn't our favourite, but that was nice too, a bit less of fantasy, and they narrowed down the choices. We were in the simpliest room, but it was amazing! Very nice view from the 7th floor. The room is small, but we found place for everything. Sometimes we ran out of coffee pads, but we could pick up some in the lobby always. The room was clean and tidy. All in one this Hotel is the best choice for this value of money. Very great location, very fancy for very nice price, (in March).

The hotel is modern with a very nice lobby where you can rest. The location is great, near the beach and Dizengoff street. The room is nicely furnished and it was spacious. But the service needs improvement. In the 3 days we were there they never renewed the coffee capsules at the room or the shampoo and shower gel. We only had got one of each when we entered the room. They even took the shower cap which I had used once and intented to use again without replacing it. The coffee machine in the lobby didn't work all Saturday, because it was Shabbat, and as the one in our room had a problem we couldn't get a coffee in a hotel full of tourists that weren't Jews. I tried to get a coffee from the breakfast area (paying for it) but they only had Nescafe because it was Shabbat, as they told me. Does this make sense in a hotel that has foreign guests? And if they didn't let me press a button in an espresso machine how would they boil the water for the Nescafe? On open fire? These things seemed irrational and they should check them.

There is no refrigerator for diabetics, and they also do not provide freezer services. The girl at the reception desk didn’t want to help at night, we had to survive with purchased ice in the market.
