I booked this accommodation as it was recommended by friends that had travelled through the Northern Territory. I was travelling with friends from the United States, so we had two separate rooms. They had no hot water either last night or this morning. They tried to contact reception on both occasions, not no one ever got back to them. We left before 7 in the morning. When I rang later that day I was brushed off by the person that answers and they never called me back. I expect some sort of refund for this appalling service and lack of available hot water.

We booked this property specifically for the pool. The pool was unable to be used, the aircon did not work or the wifi. We often travel through Tennant Creek but decided to stay, unfortunately, it will be our last. The staff were very good and seemed embarrassed from all the things that were not working properly

The price I paid was way to much for the unit. Not happy at all. I have never left a review before but this one needs one.The door would not shut tight left a big gap. Bugs came in. Red ants in bathroom. Ended up with wide scotch tape for the gap on the door. Offered to move but no guarantees it would not be the same in another unit.. I would not recommend staying here.

The couch was very low to floor hard get out of it and television was hard to see from the bed

Terrible service by ground staff, room had a damp smell in it. Cancelled order due to waiter conduct… Last option when next in Tennant Creek

My stay was excellent. I got stranded about 149ks outside of Tennant due to two flat tyres and when I finally got back to Tennant the friendly staff helped me settle in allowed me to park my car until the tyre shop openned. The staff hospitality was above and beyond and I highly recommend to stay here when you are in Tennant Creek.

Large room, bed was comfortable, toilet did not flush unless you took the top off, the bathroom walls where dirty, the carpet stained, $180 a night a bit steep

Show did nott work, whole place needs a vood dose of TLC

The property is old & needs some maintenance. The shower was completely cold & the floor in the shower looked very stained. Linen on pillows was stained. Also no teaspoons to stir your coffee in the morning. No microwave in room also. The rooms need a good airing.

Good place to stay with a good restaurant

Despite initial appearances, this property ended up delighting. The front office staff member was a credit to the business; polite, well presented and professional, she provided a seamless check in and helpful recommendations for an evening meal. We opted to eat at the on-site restaurant, Anna’s, which was a very good idea and most certainly the best option in this remote township. The room was perfectly comfortable, clean and well appointed with excellent shower. The swimming pool was also an oasis of calm after a long day’s driving. Highly recommended

room cleanliness is not good. Dirty hand prints in shower, white marks all over the bathroom walls. General area needs a tidy up. everything is concrete so the heat is extreme on a hot day.

Maintance average

Nice and quiet. Good parking area straight in front of rooms. Staff are friendly and food is good.
