I booked through **********. I got 3 weeks stay in Nova Suite 9 months ahead. 7 days before my trip, I messaged the property just to double check. Guess what, they told me they cancelled my reservation due to renovation. I didn't get notified and seems like ********** did not either. I ended up spending much more to book elsewhere cuz not much available. Very unreliable.
