Passamos um final de semana incrível para comemorar o aniversário do meu filho. Tudo perfeito! As instalações, as áreas externas, e sem contar o atendimento... Gostaria de dar um Parabéns especial para o Maycon, a Jully e o Robson, que nos atenderam muito bem tanto no restaurante como no bar da piscina. Vocês foram incríveis!

O complexo é simplesmente demais. Tudo funciona muito bem. Em especial a equipe do restaurante da fazenda. Maicon, faz um atendimento diferenciado, consegue personalizar do início ao fim. Profissional de sorriso farto, deixando todos super à vontade. Robson, outro que transmite muita satisfação em nos atender. July, segue a escola do Maicon, fez atendimento de muita qualidade.

Fomos em um grupo grande família e amigos 14 pessoas,nossa segunda vez no hotel e t odos adoraram o fds o hotel é muito agradável. A equipe do restaurante é perfeita, todos muito atenciosos em especial Maicon e July. Voltaremos com certeza!!!

Minha estadia foi perfeita na parte da Fazenda, ressalto também os funcionários sempre muito educados e prestativos!!! Da portaria, até os garçons e galera da limpeza. A dica é vir com roupas de banho e confortáveis. A única coisa que não gostei foram alguns ambientes com os animais, que não pareciam estar em condições ideias

A vista, a paz e tranquilidade do hotel fazenda foi o que mais me impressionaram. Lugar perfeito e atendimento excelente. Funcionários simpáticos, atenciosos e sempre disponíveis. A fazenda tem animais bem diversificados e muito bem cuidados.

Hotel muito bom porém com algumas falhas. Iniciando no atendimento que não explica bem a diferença dos 3 hotéis internos. Além de ser dito que tudo pode ser usado em todos os três mas não é bem assim. Quanto a equipe da recreação ( tia Letícia e demais) são impecáveis no serviço! Podem deixar as crianças de olhos fechados .
