Very pleasant stay. We were in town for the Woodlands Marathon, and our room was comfortable, quiet, clean, and the room service was perfect.

We had a great time!! Beautiful view of the canal!!! Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit!! Very clean!!!

Hotel is center of the Woodlands township marketplace. Shopping,entertainments, restaurants, and bars are within walking distance.

This is my 2nd year staying at this hotel. We celebrate the USMC Ball. They are truly wonderful host for the celebration.

I booked my room about a month in advance and when I checked into the hotel they told me they didn’t have my room ready. So they put me in an ADA accessible room and I think they upcharged me because what was quoted and what I was charged was different. I asked the receptionist on the front desk for a receipt after I checked out but she told me that “I can’t print receipts or invoices”.

This was a last minute decision but a great decision. We only stayed one night but enjoyed our time there. This is where we spent our first night as a married couple one year ago so it was a bit sentimental for us! Friendly people and great environment!

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views. Love being on the waterway because everything was easy to get to.

property was quiet and clean. Room was large with a great view of the waterway.
