Though I booked A/C room and prepaid the whole cost, the hotel guys gave me a dormitory to stay which was excessively hot. The room was not even available. You guys need to check if the hotel has rooms before allowing booking. I would want a refund for the horrible experience

Myself and wife aged 75 and 69 years stayed in the hotel on 5th july 2022.First they allotted one room 206 where the TV was not working. Then 207 where flush was not working. Being late night we were given a very small room. The lift can carry only two that too tinybody persons. No room service.They have only 7 or 8 rooms only in second floor.The ***ager Mr ***ivannan was helpless.The stay was horrible.The hotel booking websites may plese block these kind of lodges Tripadvisor Green 513
