St Regis lived up to it's reputation for service that goes above and beyond.....we had a problem upon arrival -:the fridge was missing. abd the spa wasn't working. This was disappointing as it was one of tbe reasons we had booked that hotel. Not only did they rectify the fridge within an hour/( minutes?), they also sent up a lovely tray with local treats and they offered us breakfast on the house. We could n't get the spa experience, but felt the manager, Frank, did his very best to make our visit special, and we were so appreciative. We would definitely book again, but know to check a few things beforehand in case the website is not up to date. At any rate, StRegis stands by its service and the manager was excellent. Kudos to Frank Wang!

We stayed in the Deluxe King room with a city view and had an excellent stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. Every single staff member was unbelievably professional and kind, from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff. The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of Western and Chinese options. We also enjoyed interesting cocktails in the lounge bar.

We stayed just one night and didn’t use any of the other amenities the hotel has to offer. This review is strictly about the room. The bed was large, plush, and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, the tub was large, the water pressure was high, and the soap smelled incredible (kind of like bananas). The room itself was large, comfortable, and had three televisions! The hotel seems wall-maintained, the staff was friendly, and the location is very convenient. We didn’t have a view of the River, but the view we had was pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others coming into Tianjin.

I have expected a lot from this hotel but unfortunately I got disappointed here: Fist of all the check-in process needed about 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and said I should take a seat first - only problem: there are just a few seats in the lobby. Many people had to stay and wait => the process was very slow which was very annoying to me and to other guests. This is the first five star hotel where I did not enter the gym. Reason: Very small gym and not much equipment. The gym and the pool are in the basement floor => the pool is very small too and the whole feeling in a basement floor is not convenient for me - I was here dissatisfied as well. The room was clean - as expected. The breakfast was disappointment too: the selection is good BUT the rice was hard, the pancakes inside still wet, the waffles too hard, baked stuff no taste at all. I went to another restaurant nearby fafterwards => the PRICE VALUE RATIO is NOT GOOD for the Ritz Hotel in Tianjin - I will not come back again. But I gave it a chance & the staff is really friendly...

This hotel is amazing. New, clean, staff are super nice. Coffee machine at the lobby. Standard room was already super spacious and nice but they upgraded me to their loft because of a confusion in reservation, and it was fantastic. The breakfast quality is high, with both western and Chinese local selections. They provide free beverages in the room as well as water and welcome drinks upon arrival. Highly recommend!!!

I went to Tianjin to watch a show with my classmates. I originally booked a special big bed online. After I arrived at the store, I upgraded to business for free. The room was much bigger. The room was called after I swiped in the card. I didn’t need to insert the card. The room was pretty clean. The toilet and shower are separated into two compartments, which do not affect each other. It seems like a passage outside the window, not the street view outside, which is a bit embarrassing😂. The location is not bad, behind the Hang Lung Plaza, it is very convenient to the commercial street and where we are going. The front desk service was not bad, I was very busy and helped us to photocopy the materials, and gave us a bottle of water when we checked out.

酒店很新，環境沒的説，很乾凈！房間內加熱毛巾架很方便，給娃洗個小衣服很快就幹了！酒店位置很好，出門就是意式風情街入口，並且及附近景點都不遠，唯一的小插曲就是到酒店時已經很晚，沒有停車位了，酒店經理立刻協調並給出了處理預案，保安大哥非常負責任，一有停車位立刻就給我打電話安排位置！值得點贊👍！

I really appreciate the very strategic location, it's just few hundred metres away from many famous attractions, such as little Italy. Or if you're looking for halal food, there are many muslim restaurants too. It's also very near to station too, the hotel's room is on 37 to 51 fl, really help with the magnificent views. Staffs are friendly, room's clean, nothing to complain about. I strongly recommend this hotel, as myself would definitely go back here.

Children who sleep unhonestly are friendly. The small sofa can just block the bed. The height of the bed is suitable and not afraid of falling. The location is excellent. The view outside the window is wide. Dining is extremely convenient. The elevator is also super fast and there is no need to wait. The projection is also easy to use. This hotel is in a GREAT location for tourists (near heaps of great restaurants and bars - scenic area and Heping Road shopping) or business travellers (I was attending a conference at the Meijiang conference centre) and has really lovely big modern rooms. The downsides - there is only 1 lift for all 10 floors (which are dispersed throughout 24 floors) of the hotel so the wait for the lift can be frustrating, also the reception staff struggled with the fact I had made 2 separate bookings (to separate work from personal travel) for the same room even though it was carefully explained in Chinese and a note should have been recorded against the room - instead it meant my room wasn’t serviced properly on my last full day and also my room keycard was deactivated. The irritations aside, this is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I would stay here again as the rooms really are so nice.

The Youth Hostel is connected to the bar on the first floor. The bar is not often opened, so you have to go in from the yard next to you to check in on the second floor. I guess the house is also a historical building, and the window sill is Zhangyuan. 1. First of all, you must get 2 pm to check in, and you can store your luggage early. 2. There are eight beds in a room in the Youth Hostel. The front desk will intimately tell you that there is a box under the bed. There are slippers in the box. At the same time, you also need to put your shoes in the box to avoid smell diffusion. The form is very good, but not all roommates will consciously abide by it. 3. The toilet and bathroom are in one piece, and they are two grids (separated for men and women). The washing machine is the kind that needs to scan the code to pay for washing. It can be washed quickly for 3 yuan. It would be best if there is a dryer. Tianjin is not like Beijing to dry, and the clothes are not dried at the door for two days. 4. The Youth Hostel has not organized activities, everyone is holding the least money for the journey, and just have a bed. Unless the social cow, you don't have to expect to have social in the Youth Hostel. 5. There is no bullshit rule that no youth traveler over 35 years old can stay. 6.
