Great stay experience! The location is excellent and convenient. It is next to Five Avenues and Xiaobailou, just above Xiaobailou subway station. The room is clean and odor-free, the air conditioner is easy to use, and the washing machine can be used! I also used the living room for two training sessions. If you are also Banzai, the square outside the Tianjin Concert Hall downstairs can be slid, and the outside of the Minyuan Plaza in Fifth Avenue is also ideal. The hotel is in China World Trade Center A, just outside the subway station, Xiaobailou, Fifth Avenue, etc. are just around the corner. The Porcelain House and Jintang Bridge are not far from the hotel. It takes only ten minutes by taxi. 房間夠大，樓層夠高，位置超好，去五大道、南京路、小白樓都在眼前。洗衣機，電磁爐、電冰箱都有，適合長住，天津著名品牌白玫瑰店面也不遠，長者超喜歡。

作為帶兩個旅行同伴的“旅長”，去天津之前，做了很多功課。圍繞離主要景點（包括五大道、小白樓、古文化街、天津之眼、世紀鐘等）近、出行便利、購物方便、三人同住、價位適中等目標，我通過攜程、小紅書等各種渠道搜尋住宿酒店，查看旅行者評價，比較了很多酒店和民宿，最終選擇了幕宿公寓（天津五大道店。 在幕宿公寓住了兩天，我的小夥伴們對我的選擇讚譽有加，我也十分滿意我選的這個公寓酒店。總結起來，幕宿公寓好處有如下幾個方面： 1、交通便利。幕宿公寓設在天津國貿中心樓上，樓下便是地鐵一號線，從公寓坐電梯下到地下室，就可以直達地鐵小白樓站點進站，去哪裡都方便得不要不要的。 2、地理位置優越。聽説過小白樓嗎？公寓附近就是小白樓，天津音樂廳等地標性建築就在馬路對面。五大道的眾多紅頂各國洋房就在窗外不遠的視線之內。可以這麼説，緊鄰五大道。距離其他諸如天津之眼、意大利風情街等景點也很近，去各個經典景點打卡可以節省很多交通費和時間成本。 3、購物和吃飯方便。樓下就是國貿中心，買件衣服吃個快餐，都是極為便利的。我們在國貿四層吃了個湘菜，環境雅緻，菜品味美，關鍵價格還美麗。早餐可以在國貿的地下一層購買，在距離地鐵口很近的地方有餅夾菜豆漿等賣，很多坐地鐵的上班族就在這裏順便買早餐。 4、酒店環境雅緻衞生。説完了周邊，現在説作為主題的幕宿公寓本身。我們三位大媽級女士，對衞生條件比較在意，進門後發現各個區域都很乾凈整潔，尤其是衞生間，洗面盆很新，第一印象很好。兩張大床，可以住四個人，無論是家庭出遊還是超過兩個人的朋友一起旅行，都可以完美解決在一個空間住宿的問題。兩個房間都有大窗户，可以坐在高腳凳上俯瞰天津絢爛美麗的夜景，也可以大家一起喝一杯。房間配置也很齊全，冰箱洗衣機都完好可以使用。洗臉和洗浴的水出水也很足，但需要提醒的是因為是安裝的電熱水器，需要進行一下設定，另外每個人洗浴時間不能過長。順便提一句，雖然沒與公寓管理者見面，但是加了微信，各種指導也很熱情到位。 總之，入住幕宿公寓（五大道店），感受到了極致的便利和温馨，體驗感非常好，七星推薦。

經常住這個公寓附近，因為看上宣傳圖片裏的輕奢設計感才定的這家，價格比同等房型相應貴了將近100元，但是住進去以後跟圖片完全不一樣，沒有任何設計感，除了有兩個床以外，絲毫不值這個價，感覺上當受騙，以後不會再住這裏了。

真的是超級推薦，交通很方便，我家寶貝都説，這個民宿真棒，老闆人也超級贊，感覺自駕游出來，住宿時候遇到一個好老闆真不一樣，推薦的飯店很滿意，天津的八珍豆腐是真的沒吃夠，還有張記包子也很好吃

酒店式公寓，樓下就是商場，吃用都有，位置很好，離小白樓地鐵口近，出行方便，房間面積很大，一個人住了55平，房內冰箱洗衣機電磁爐都有，空調給力，特別要説的是衣架子很多，可以把穿的衣服都洗了掛起來，床軟硬適中，服務衞生好，無接觸辦理入住退房手續，很贊👍👍👍
