酒店住的超級糟心 剛辦理入住那天凌晨12點多 我是攜程上預訂了三天 到酒店前台讓幫忙辦理入住 結果前台小姐姐一直跟我説我定了兩天 我都把付款的訂單給她看了 還在那邊跟我拖時間 真的服了 本來人就很累想着早點辦理入住早點睡覺 硬生生給你拖了半個小時 當晚入住太累了沒有檢查床單 第二天一早六點多就出發離開酒店 晚上9點多到酒店 結果發現酒店床單上 都是血 我真的服了 我找了他們客服經理 經理過來跟我説是不是我的生理期來了 我生理期已經過了十幾天 怎麼可能生理期來了 還説是不是我身上傷口出血 我真的醉了 推卸責任就是這麼推卸的？我渾身都是好好的一點傷口都沒有 我説要不要全身脱了給你檢查檢查 本來訂的三天住宿 實在太糟心了 讓她給我退了一晚 還跟我説他們酒店不可能遇到這樣情況的 床單上的血明明就不是我身上的血 我本來都是睡的最右側 最左側我動都沒動 你跟我講這個血是我身上的？實在住的太糟心了 從來沒有過的糟心 建議大家入住的時候看好酒店 本來就是出來出差的都夠累了 還遇到這麼糟心的事情 真的是無語 酒店推卸責任的水平真的絕

以前住過幾次，也算老客户了。相比以前，現在的服務下滑明顯，被子有點潮，潮乎乎的。最該吐槽的是早餐，廚師是新手吧，那蛋炒飯，蒸米飯的時候水加多了吧？那個粥，熬粥的時候感覺水不要錢是吧，要多稀有多稀！整體來説早餐就是兩個字，湊活。

半夜入住，孩子困的不行了，前台服務員磨磨噌噌讓填單子，還拿錯本子，從新填寫。房間裏沒有洗漱用品，往前台打電話要了兩次，沒給送。第二天早上又要了一次，也沒給送，走廊裏喊服務員也沒人迴應。直到離店，洗漱用品都沒送來。再也不會選擇格林東方酒店休息。

房間面積蠻大的，入住的是把邊的房間，空間更大一些。更安靜些。浴房和洗手間空間也都可以。地理位置就在奧萊對面，逛街方便。樓下商圈吃東西的店很多。房間裏有小度，語音智能很方便。

酒店位置很好，附近餐飲娛樂配置很齊全，風景不錯，綜合來説性價比算高的了，個人覺得適合遊玩結束的最後一天居住，出門就有王府井奧萊購物品牌特別多是一個小鎮，往東走有各種各樣的美食~酒店還有機器人送餐和小度語音控制，孩子覺得很新鮮很好玩！
