Been there for few nights. The environment is so soothing and comfortable. No noise, no pollution. Clean and big room with proper ventilation. Staff is professional and cooperative. The gymnasium is equipped with good instruments. I love the breakfast. So yummy and healthy. 來天津出差一趟，酒店對於這個價位絕對是非常有驚喜的。設施很棒，有電動窗簾，電視可以投屏， 地理位置就更不用説了，距離總醫院 濱江道，古文化街和五大道都不遠，周邊吃飯可以推薦萬德莊大街那邊。

入住期間，住在五樓，是頂樓，房間非常不隔音，旁邊房間説什麼做什麼都聽的一清二楚，有一晚下大雨，在屋裡能聽到外面狂風呼嘯，通氣管道出來的聲音，讓人感覺像住在帳篷裏，非常吵，換到四樓好多了。酒店整體衞生很差，地毯很臟，到處都是垃圾，酒店門口到處都是黃色小卡片，早餐也不衞生，不會再住白玉蘭了。

怎麼説，不至於差評，但是五星好評也不值得
從未自己的體驗角度給大家點參考
缺點1、早餐衞生真的不好，第一天是個保安在那做煎餅果子煮餛飩，碗和杯子挺臟，看到打掃衞生的工作人員直接上手去抓油條往包裏塞，2、收拾房間不打電話不來打掃，催退房倒是積極3、整個酒店弄的實在太香了，因為是來看病的，而且也看到有病人來這裏，弄那麼香真的好嗎，是從走廊到屋裡都薰透那種4、因為車票買的晚，在攜程辦理了延遲退房，確認的時候，前台三個人齊刷刷的説不行，還説現在滿客，不可能，後來説在攜程已經兑換了權益立馬又説可以了，然後就是保潔敲門提醒，前台電話提醒，各種催退房，本來訂的是一樓房，結果水管壞了直接到四樓，機器人也不送上來，外賣也要下去拿，服務挺欠缺的，比維也納差很多
優點就是全智能化，很方便，馬桶也是智能的，小院不乾淨，但是能透透氣
不會再來了，人家也不缺我這一個客人，拜拜吧您嘞（^.^）（^.^）
