清明節帶家人來天津 定了兩間房 一間房晚上發現沒有礦泉水居然 給前台打電話等半天給送來了 看評價説很臟 但我們住的體驗還不錯 但是臨走發生的事 簡直太讓人不悦了 退房後孩子在酒店門口摔倒 整個人躺在地上 一開始以為孩子頑皮 後來才發現酒店一進門地上像抹了油一樣 非常滑 一不小心就會滑倒 但是孩子在門口哭了半天 裏面前台居然都沒有出來看一眼 還是我們給他叫出來讓他看 但他很冷漠説不是他們的問題 地上沒有東西 就這樣 然後我們再説什麼他就不説話了 後來自己就回去了 簡直太差了 冷漠的簡直嚇人 這種酒店下次沒法再來了

衞生真的挺一般的 這個枱子上黃漬 鏡子上白花花的圖片裏這種東西不知道是什麼 很噁心 一進屋有種酸臭味兒 直接給薰出來了 洗頭膏像是灌水了一樣稀稀的 很難評

房間特別臟酒店前台還有紋身水龍頭還有水漬總體來説不是很好我提前説了我會提前到店但我去了還是告訴我沒有房間
