入住酒店需要先跟酒店客服聯繫，便可在大廳辦理入住。
酒店🏨房間很寬敞，內設有電磁爐，微波爐，洗衣機，桌椅，沙發，一張1.8m的床。
可以看出酒店是有用心裝修過的，衹是年代有點久遠，裝修有點陳舊，但是酒店🏨視野特別好，入住沒有噪音，這一點特滿意。
酒店的地理位置極好，下樓就是公交站，步行五分鐘左右，就是營口到地鐵站。樓下就是教堂⛪，和平大悦城，伊勢丹以及濱江道步行街。逛街吃飯都很方便。是居家出行的不二選擇😊

老闆服務態度差的**，一副臭臉擺給誰看呢？有幾套房很了不起嗎？要不是來外地旅遊誰樂意住你這麼差的地方啊，導航地址也亂寫，你用高德導個航我看看，到哪去了？到另外一棟寫字樓裡邊了都，還是31樓，顧客上去了又下來還是沒找到，打個電話接了也不説話，一直在那頭説我沒接電話，然後就給我掛了，是我聽不到嗎？不會做生意早點倒閉吧，**********

整體來説衞生還是比較滿意的，在整個和平區的中心地帶位置也很優越。床單被套應該是每天一換有洗過的痕跡，但是酒店的設施實在是太差了，洗澡的地方會有很多的水淌出來下面根本就沒有遮擋，洗完澡以後整個房間都是濕的，地上太滑了，另外無線網不能用。
