Crown Holiday Hotel

The Crowne Plaza Tianshui Hotel I chose for this trip was absolutely fantastic! The rooms had amazing natural light, brand new and fully equipped facilities, and the separate shower and toilet was a thoughtful touch. The toiletries were all exquisite and high-quality. The hotel's location is superb, with convenient access to restaurants and transportation. The staff were warm and attentive, and the value for money was outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again!

房間地理位置還算方便，但不在熱鬧區，樓下便利店之類的基本沒有；衞生方面比較乾淨，主要隔音效果還不錯的，就是電梯略顯小巧了；晚上溜達去了趟天水古城，吃吃喝喝溜達回酒店剛好可以消消食；一座滿是呱呱、燃燃、麻辣燙的城市

設施新，環境不錯，離伏羲廟，天水古城近，走路就可以到，酒店乾淨衞生，住的舒適，前台小姐姐服務熱情，服務態度都很好，有個叫小裴的服務態度很好，耐心熱情。

酒店距離伏羲廟西門步行約十分鐘，周圍環境很好，距離酒店400多米就有一個市場，賣啥的都有，設施設備齊全，還有掛燙機哦。服務也不錯，管家小白幫我們拿行李，還送了早餐券。房間衞生很乾凈，他們酒店的前台客房培訓的都很不錯👍

必須誇誇酒店的管家小白！從辦理入住到退房全程體驗感拉滿，提前溝通需求、主動提供貼心建議，無論是房間需求還是出行諮詢，都耐心解答、高效處理。服務專業又暖心，細節滿滿不敷衍，讓人住得舒心又安心。小白服務超讚，下次入住首選，真心推薦給大家！

房間還可以，但衞生間很小，捲紙一小卷，腸胃不好，很快用完了。衹有門口幾個停車位，停滿後衹能停到天水中心，走路6、7分鐘，但開車回來要兜一大圈。早上退房從酒店出發，取車回到酒店差不多20分鐘，很不方便。早餐太差，衹有雞蛋饅頭小米粥豆漿和幾個小菜。真沒想到皇冠假日酒店有這麼低端的產品，還不如國內的低端連鎖店。

酒店前台小劉服務特別熱情，環境也很不錯，附近有市場買東西也很方便，值得推薦入住！ 走路10來分鐘到伏羲廟和博物館，路邊打車也方便。
