Good location across the street from the Higashi Hiroshima JR shinkansen station. Room interior is slightly dated, but still good.

My husband and I came here after a very late flight. We just needed a lace to crash as we didn't think we would make the last train on time. The building was very old and dank looking. Not very attractive inside or out. But the room was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It was literally like staying in a single person 1k apar**ent. Bathroom was tiny. And I mean airplane lavatory tiny. A good assor**ent of amenities and a small balcony, closet and separate sink with tea making supplies as well. Our breakfast was convince store bread, like in a package. Some juice and 24 hour coffee free coffee were available. Let's just say it was basically decent for what we paid and not too far from the station. Good enough for it's purpose. Noon check out time is generous as well.

I searched online and headed there, but it was a long way around. I called the hotel on the way and they told me how to get there. I wish I had called from the beginning. I took a walk in the morning and went to the park on the beach. It was beautiful.

As a business hotel, I don't have many complaints. My friend who stayed with me said that he was able to borrow a smartphone charger, so I think they will accommodate requests outside of the services listed above if possible.
Although I didn't use them this time, they also apparently provide massages and taxi arrangements, so I think the services are substantial.
Overall, I think it's a good place to stay.

The cleanliness of the room was also very unsatisfactory. It has a musty smell.
The bathroom is so small that it is difficult to use the toilet.
The bidet doesn't work well either.

All I can say is that the photos of the room were very good.
The room was infested with mites.
The bathroom area was moldy.
I booked it because it was very close to my destination, but I will never stay here again.
