Nice modern building. Clean. Good service.
Breakfast is very simple so we skipped.
The first taxi took us to the wrong address so perhaps it’s helpful to use the button after booking to screenshot/print a guide for taxi.
Location is relatively pretty great. It’s a weee little far from trains, meaning they are not next to one out of the door within one block. It takes 8minutes or so to walk to one. But, if you are a walker, it’s pretty well located to spider into all directions for different attractions. We walked 20,000-30,000 steps everyday. Loved it.

Quite a distance to railway station and a bit far from JR station. Quite new and clean. Breakfast not many choices. No eggs, natto, yoghurt. Curry not so japanese style. Very nice pudding! Love it. Aeon next to the hotel. Very convenient. Room is spacious comparing to other chained hotels in japan. No free bottled water.

Excellent hotel in a good location. Best thing about this hotel is the staff. The reception staff are ever so helpful.
Mr Komine deserves special mention as he was very helpful during our check out and arranging to send our luggage to Osaka.
The hotel is very clean and in a very good location.

I have never been in hotel like this, no toothbrushes, even the drink water is charged. The pillows is not clean and bed is not very comfortable. However, it’s not far from train station, is convenient for visitors.

Excellent hotel, small but very well organized room. great cleaning! Very good location if you need to be close to the Tokyo Dome, there are many bars and restaurants nearby, we will definitely return soon!

The hotel is located a little abit far from the train station however their service and amenities make up for it. There is a supermarket just below the hotel.

Location is good, near most of the subway lines. Can keep the luggae before check in on the same day of booking and after checkout (on the same day). The interior design was awesome, it felt like home. Thank you to Mr Ando who served us wonderfully during our check in process.

Very good customer service and well hygiene.
The location is very convenient, familymart, supermarket and 7-11 is surround of the hotel.
Just one problem: the room is too small.

A bit far from Iidabashi station. Still can walk but might feel a bit far away. However the service was great and also the atmosphere inside the hotel was nice.

The hotel is closed to Iidabashi station, also closed to the fascinating street of Kagurazaka. You can enjoy nice day trip in this historical town. Room was clean and nice. There was no microwave in the room. There were supermarket closed to this hotel, and many convenient stores too. I couldn’t hear noise and had a good sleep.

Quite location, public parking slot in walking distance, staff are super helpful, room are clean and sizeable (2 adults' 2 suitcase fully open). 10mins walking distance to nearest underground, restaurants and food are quite inconvenience

Hotel is clean and well presented. As i know no Japanese the reception desk helped me with any query i had to the best of their ability.
The hotel is a great location to get about Tokyo has the closed station is Idabashi just a quick 5 minute walk or crossing across two streets away as the hotel is on a main road.
Idabashi is on the Sobu line so quick and easy to get to Shinjuku, Akihabara and Asakusa. However only a few stops away from places to swap lines. Also only a 15 minute walk from the Tokyo Dome and its outlets.
Also has the underground line as well. So really effective for traveling across Tokyo. As the main station has two clear exists and not overly busy and complicated compared to other stations.
The only thing to be aware of is that it is next to a duel carriage way/ motorway and not as quiet as other places i have stayed across tokyo. However in terms of location it the best i experienced so far
However hotel is great and my experience is great.
