Roppongi Plaza Hotel

The hotel's location is very convenient, right next to the subway station exit. You need to take an elevator to the 6th floor. The elevator is next to what looks like a nightclub, so you have to look around to find it. There are people standing guard at the entrance of the nightclub. People with security concerns might want to think twice. The staff are very friendly, and they offer a welcome tea and a snack bar. However, they didn't check my passport upon check-in, just showed me my booking information. Security could be improved. There was a smell of smoke in the room (but I chose a smoking room). The bed was very clean, with no hair or other ***** hair. However, there were cigarette butt-like marks in the sink.

The reception staff were very helpful and I had a comfortable stay. Thank you.

Structure unobtainable I had to ask a bartender to tell me the building and the floor to a kind condominium. Arrived at 13:30 she replied that before 14 it was not possible, I asked her if the room was already available because I did not feel well. Yes everything was ready but for 45 minutes before I had to pay a supplement. Noisy room not double glazing with traffic and incessant noises. What can I say negative experience.

The location is five points. There is a subway station downstairs, which makes it very convenient to go anywhere. There are many convenience stores nearby The boss is nice, there are free hot and cold drinks, and the room is OK for one person.

Right in front of Roppongi Station There was no hotel name on the building exterior, so I wandered around for a while. I asked at the coffee shop on the first floor and went up the elevator right away The room was very spacious It smelled of cigarettes because it was old 2 bottles of water, coffee, tea, etc., good service Free drinks at the entrance desk The owner's service was good 3 times larger than other hotels
