Super Hotel Tokyo Kinshicho Ekimae

I traveled with my daughter, and the room size was perfect for the two of us. I used to live around Kinshicho when I was in school, but the area has changed so much; this hotel wasn't here before. We're grateful the hotel arranged a room with a direct view of the Tokyo Skytree. While the hot spring wasn't huge, it was more than enough to wash away the day's fatigue. My daughter already said she wants to stay here again next time!

The room isn't very big, and while there's a large public bath, there's no sauna. Breakfast is free and simple, but filling and decent quality. I chose this place mainly for its convenient transportation – JR, subway, and airport shuttle buses are all available. I bought a Tokyo Metro 72-hour pass, which covered Ikebukuro, Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Asakusa. Akihabara is just three stops away by JR. There are dedicated shuttle buses to Narita, Haneda, and Disney. Plus, there are plenty of shopping and dining options in the nearby mall.

There's a hot spring and ice pops! While it's not as big as a Dormy Inn, and the ice pops are limited, it's still a really good value for the price! The street nearby offers the best view of the Skytree for photos!

This onsen hotel offers great value for money, especially if you're visiting Tokyo in winter – it can save you a lot! Highly recommended.

The location is very convenient, within walking distance to the subway station. The hotel also has an on-site hot spring, and there are convenience stores like 7-Eleven and FamilyMart right downstairs. Breakfast is a simple Japanese meal, but it's nutritious and satisfying.

The lady at the front desk who spoke Chinese was very nice. The room wasn't big but it was very clean, and you could choose your pillow at the front desk, which I really liked. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
