I had a good enough stay but would like it to be possible to select which bunk. I have a genetic hip malformation which made it tricky to climb up. Aside from that, i booked a women’s only room, and there was a man who was bunked in. It was a big shock to me. I didn’t know how to react.

My stay in Cocts Akihabara was very convenient due to the area can access from Akihabara station (10min walk). I was very surprised for friendly staff during checking in. Nevertheless, this property was lack of hotel amenities, breakfast is acceptable but wasn’t the best

Enjoyed our stay in this hostel. Facilities are great and the staff in the hostel's are friendly. Will definitely book here again if we are going to Japan again! 😊

Very good location. Walking distance from Akihabara crossing and JR Akihabara station and Yodobashi Akiba. The hotel has a common kitchen for guests, self service laundry area, a restaurant attached to reception lobby. It is a foreigners friendly hotel. Rooms do not have attached toilets. There is one common toilet and shower in each floor.

I am a Korean woman who recently stayed for 4 nights in a 4-person female dormitory room! First of all, I used two subway stations here. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to both stations, but it was nice to walk around and look around. Above all, there is a supermarket and a convenience store 3 minutes away from the accommodation, and I really like the supermarket. Bed cleanliness is not very neat. I see a lot of dust on the white bed sheets. I recommend taking a roll with you! For reference, the blanket that covered me was less dusty, so I laid down on half of the blanket like a taco and slept with the other half covered. I slept comfortably because the heater worked well, and the air purifier ran 24 hours a day. The shower room is also clean. Of course the staff are also friendly. Aside from a little dust on the bed sheets, the other facilities are very clean, so you don't have to worry. I am personally very satisfied~

It was convenient to use the women's restroom. The bathroom is big and clean. The location is average. The facilities are neat. The staff at the accommodation (especially the counter staff) are very friendly!! The spacious lounge on the 1st floor was also available for free, which was convenient. Since several people share a room, there was a lot of dust. Still, it was nice that each private space was separated by a blackout curtain. However, the storage locker was far from the bed, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall satisfied!!

Stayed in a family room with friends. Early check-in was possible, so it was convenient. All the front managers respond kindly. The location is good, about 15 minutes walk from Akihabara station.
