Patio Hotel welcomes anyone who enjoys homely comfort and relaxed atmosphere. It is set in the city centre among major shopping malls and a stone throw away from the forest nature site. The hotel complex consists of three-storied buildings, which accommodate comfortable guestrooms, a conference hall, a chimney hall, an osteria (Italian restaurant), a sauna with swimming pool and parking with 24-hour video monitoring. Patio Hotel offers comfortable rooms of various categories - Economy, Standard, Suite and Studio - each with contemporary furnishing, plasma-screen TV, Wi-Fi Internet, personal vault, fridge and air conditioning. Housekeeping is performed daily, change of bedsheets - every third day. Room-service is available. The hotel's conference hall is a fine place for conducting presentations, conferences, seminars, children's parties, banquettes and receptions. It seats 25-30 people and features daylighting and central air conditioning. The list of available equipment includes - projector, screen, magnetic marker board, laptop, sound system, home theatre, karaoke, plasma-screen TV. Guests are welcome to spend a pleasant evening with a group of friends or, rather, by themselves in the hotel's fireplace hall - a tastefully designed interior with upholstered furniture and coffee tables. Besides that, guests can have a relaxing experience at the hotel's sauna with swimming pool. During World Cup 2018, the hotel offers a possibility to use shuttle service to the stadium (which is 40 minutes away from the hotel) both individually and for groups up to 8 people.
