實際招牌名字是橡樹賓館，入住的時候，是深夜，前面入住的客人，前台（男）主動提供了早餐券，我入住的時候早餐券沒給，我就對前台説早餐券，説了兩遍都沒反應，然後前台不耐煩問我：房卡已經給了。我又大聲説了一次早餐券，早餐券才給我。然後説自己耳聾了沒聽到而已
房間很不乾淨，床的枕頭之類的，床單發黃，洗手池極臟，馬桶也臟，桌面也臟很多浮灰。如圖。空調製熱效果極差，凍的人睡不好，是雙床房，所以把另外一個床的被子一起蓋，兩個人改成一個床睡，被子有浮灰，本來鼻子就感冒，一動被子感覺就有浮灰，呼吸困難一樣，一夜沒太睡着
第二天吃早餐，自助早餐很簡陋。感覺工作人員都挺暴躁（不知道是這個酒店都這樣，還是因為前面有客人拿的沒吃走了感覺生氣。但是真不怪客人，東西不太好吃。我自己下了一份麪條吃完了，感覺不好吃沒拿其他的）
電梯環境極差，很臟，如圖六
退房的時候，前台換成女生了，很客氣，態度好，總算感覺到了一點舒心
定這個酒店，主要是附近其他酒店都人滿了，看評論也説乾淨，但是入住極不滿意，臟是真的

停車方便，早餐一般，酒店二樓是酒樓，隔音效果還好，房間比較大，送的江豚保護區門票，值得去看看我國的一級保護動物。

房間比較大但是談不上多好，衞生一般床單有污跡，服務全無，到了辦入住前台都不搭理你，還要你主動打招呼，真是一言難盡…….早餐就喝了碗粥吃了雞蛋，沒啥可吃的
