酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，游泳池很不錯，前台小姚服務特別好！主要還是房價實惠，停車免費，住的非常滿意！值得推薦！
前台雷芳服務態度真好 幫我們解決了早餐的問題，房間也很乾凈整潔無異味，酒店泳池也不錯，水是恆温的，還有專門的工作人員旁邊巡視着

到酒店後，保安師傅讓我停車，一直讓我靠邊，完全不看我旁邊合不合適，導致車和樹貼在一起，和前廳經理溝通後，讓我換了個車位停，看看沒有問題，説了抱歉，沒有其他，（本人覺得好歹加一下微信，後期離店問一下有沒有問題）到了房間裏，杯子時破的，裂開的....小房間的空調面板是掉下來的，唉……本來是很開心的來玩的，特意選了開元，想着比較正規且有牌子，結果太失望了

這個酒店太不安全了，沒有安保，上樓不用刷卡，送外賣的直接跑房間門口來了，下了一跳，房間裏是女生怎麼辦，大晚上遇到**怎麼辦，後果你們怎麼承擔

總的來説設施已經偏舊了，走進房間會有一股味道，櫥門什麼的也有老化關不上的情況，洗澡水恆温，一開始洗還好，洗到後面會冷。房間裏有準備水果，這點還算貼心。但是令人比較難以接受的是，房間空調是壞的，正好碰到降温的兩天，冷的一晚上沒睡。酒店的措施是：先讓阿姨來看，阿姨無法解決，又讓維修師傅來，維修師傅也衹是清洗一下，也無法解決，再找前台，前台表示很忙，等空時解決。後來我們冷的不行，自己下樓找前台，磨了半天，酒店讓阿姨又送了兩床被子。第二天找了大堂經理，酒店的解決方式是房費打了八折。以後應該不會再考慮開元名庭。

傍晚入住酒店，前台全開、不用等候立刻辦理入住，服務的趙黎小姐姐不僅幫忙升級房間，還給小朋友贈送了冰激淋。中途要出去，還是趙經理很熱情地再做了一張房卡。開元是一如既往的選擇，衹因為早餐品種豐富，更因為有貼心的服務！

設施有那麼一點點舊了，但是維持的還不錯，主要服務還挺好的，工作人員都很熱情，連停車場打掃的大爺也是笑嘻嘻的打招呼，隔音有一點點差，但是住了三晚睡得還不錯，五一節假日人很多，但酒店的承接能力還不錯，早上自助餐去的晚了也還是吃的很多！去空中花園撈魚玩的時候，幾個服務員都很好，特別是服務員楊書餘還抱着我家老二撈魚玩，很總體還是很推薦！

設施：房間有點舊，
衞生：床頭櫃上的標簽本太臟，電話機好臟，最無語的是那個拖鞋，塑料包裝的，拆開一瞬間，當時差點晚飯都要吐出來，腳臭味，噁心！果斷找服務員要了一次性的＇當時就投訴給了服務員，早餐品種豐富，但是玉米🌽是餿了的吃到一個！總之體驗不好！
