He said that the boss didn't tell them and then the room was booked on the spot. They didn't give any solution, they just said that the family room was gone, and they either gave us an extra room or refunded the money without saying anything! The parent-child room is more expensive than the standard room, and I haven't asked for a refund. Although the money is not much, I don't care about it, but there is no attitude that makes people angry, and it feels like it is natural! I wasn’t familiar with the place, and I didn’t want to make do with it because it was too late. The two of us couldn’t sleep well in the standard room 1.2 bed! Really speechless
