We had so much fun and laughed. Herzegovina was perfect, cleanliness was very good. We were constantly asked if we needed anything. They are very good as a team. Sometimes it can be intense, but that much can be considered normal.

Lovely hotel with great views. Staff are magnificent, free mini bar, WiFi and safe. Decent enough food, lovely homemade bread everyday. Plenty of thongs to do around the complex. Look out for the wild boar walking around. Boat trip was decent and the guy at Starbucks is brilliant but could do with some help

The wine is very ordinary/unpleasant and you couldn’t stay there with mobility issues. Apart from those two things, it is a consistently excellent hotel. I must mention the staff who are brilliant and can’t do enough for you. Mini disco lady is amazing and even says hello to the children around the hotel. Cleaning staff are excellent and tireless. Good is exceptional. Someone has put a lot of thought into the little things that make a stay wonderful.

Had a lovely few days at the Duja hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the whole place is beautiful and the staff are so lovely and friendly, especially arda. The bar staff are great and made all the drinks we wanted and we couldn’t have asked for a more picturesque time.

We have just arrived home from our first family holiday in Duja 🤩 The views from the hotel are absolutely beautiful! Our daughters loved all of the wildlife. They got so excited when they saw the cats and we also saw a boar outside our room! Our room was spacious, cleaned every day and the mini bar was topped up daily. Our first night using the hairdryer in the bathroom it started to smoke and then stopped working. We contacted reception where they sent someone around and replaced it for us quickly. The air con in our room was awful. We thought this was the same for everyone until speaking to other guests who said theirs cooled their rooms but it was too late for us to complain as we were going home the following day. The food was average, I struggled finding foods I liked being a vegetarian and there wasn’t much choice for my children who are 5&3 Mealtimes we found were stressful if the canteen was busy. The queues could sometimes be very long, people pushing in and a few occasions we had to keep walking around looking for a table. I would like to give a big shoutout to the following members of staff. Please could you pass this review onto them Musa - my daughters loved him! He was so friendly and helpful for our evening meals Starbucks guy, I’m not sure of his name but he made us our multiple Starbucks everyday. My partner always ordered us drinks and said he was very friendly and polite The entertainment team - Arda, Rio, Sefa, Nida you made my daughters day when they saw you guys. Always so happy and friendly! There were also lots of other members of staff who were friendly and helpful but we didn’t see them a lot like the others mentioned so I didn’t catch their names. Thank you for making our first family holiday amazing ❤️

I don’t write reviews but I feel that as people save hard to go on holiday - then it’s important about what they are booking. As I saw and spoke to quite a few families really disappointed that they’d saved for 2 years or never been to Turkey before & experienced this. Good points - the rooms are clean in hotel, the view is great, sea is fairly calm Realistic points - the food situation is horrendous. Basically there is just not enough room for people to eat. Do you wonder round for over an hour with no seat. We ended up going for dinner at 8.45pm and by this point there was no food left. Or it was cold. This is the only holiday I’ve been on where I struggled to eat - I always look forward to the lunch or dinner - but a few nights and days didn’t bother. As you couldn’t get a seat and even if you could the food was (well rubbish) it was not Turkish - it was chicken stew, beef stew - there’s only so many lamb koftas you can eat, Now the tables at lunch, breakfast and dinner - they don’t clear them. So picture you go down for breakfast and the dining hall is filthy (and I mean dirty) there’s dirty plates on all the tables, the staff ignore the mess & you end up cleaning the table yourself. Even when you get a plate - you have to search for the clean one. Coffee is terrible - probably because they don’t clean the machines They do have rotisserie chicken but I think there’s only 5 between 500 people because after 8pm there’s none. People using life buoys around pool as floats every day, life guard roaring his book all day around corner of pool, people eating chicken wings in pool (honestly I never seen anything like it) Staff not saying anything They have premium drinks foc in premium bar - but you only get these if you ask. People sitting with wet clothes - no tops on sofas sweating all over them. The only hotel over ever been to where you don’t really see continual cleaning Also the private sun beds - glasses are just washed out with tap water. Ala cartes are ok. Spa - good value for money and the ladies really good. As I said to the operations manager / I don’t expect to come away for 11 days and clean tables (and pay) Entertainers are good. For 5 star & the money you’ll pay here - you’re better off going 3 star self catering to marmaris. Only holiday I’ve been on where I could not wait to get home. So basically a lot of money for a view. And if you struggle with dirty plates etc don’t go. My husband is a bit ocd and the dirty cutlery, dirty tables, dirty glasses etc became a nightmare. Every time you go to the dining hall you have anxiety because you’ve got no idea whether you’ll get a table, whether they’ll be any food and how dirty it’ll be. Guest relations tried to help but the main managers aren’t interested. The hotel room was nice & the view but they need to clean, be more helpful, service needs a huge improvement. We won’t be back.

We have just arrived back after a lovely week in Duja! We arrived early hours in the morning & we’re taken to our room by the golf buggy which was great, only down side to this we weren’t given a map of the hotel, only given times of when the restaurants were open, with everything being so spread out it wasn’t easy to figure out where things were. Room was spacious and cleaned every day which was great. Food wise we would say it was average, we didn’t feel it catered for the Brits and arguably not enough buffet stations as the queues were always really long. The foreign people were really rude, they would always push into the queue. We went to the Al a Carte Italian which was nice, would recommend this. The bar staff were also great, however, always seemed to be a long queue to get drinks. Entertainment team were brilliant, Arda was especially great with our daughter and always put on great entertainment throughout the day. On a whole the hotel was lovely, the views were amazing, however, do feel a few things could be improved.

Just got back from the Duja, absolutely beautiful hotel, you will not find views like it anywhere else. The hotel is really quite large and they have thought of everything to accommodate its size, even buggies to get you from oneside to the other, with the most loveliest of staff driving you about. The gardens in the hotel are amazing and very well kept. The hotel is spotless, staff really do work hard to maintain and keep up the reputation of the hotel. The all inclusive is 24 hours, with snacks available until 1am. No complaints with regards to food, plenty of choice for everyone, main restaurant has lots of variety, snack bars all over the hotel, ice cream bar open all day, jacket potato station… it is endless, even a Starbucks!! Staff really can not do enough for you. Rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. Pool towels available. The entertainment team are brilliant, getting everyone involved. Waterslides in the hotel, brilliant day for the kids…and the adults!! Security staff are available 24 hours, nobody is allowed in without hotel card to prove you are a guest. You can get a bus right outside the hotel into town, cost of 1 euro. We took a day trip to KOS which was lovely, well worth a visit. There are al carte restaurants available, we visited the Asian, the food was amazing, fried ice cream definitely worth a try. Big shout out to all the waiting staff, you guys really did look after us all, Thank you. Thank you to the staff at the Duja for an amazing holiday. If you are thinking of booking, stop thinking and book.

1.keep in mind in order to go out of the hotel you need to take a shuttle from the lobby to the main hotel gate, also you need to take a shuttle to go to the hotel’s aqua park if not you have to walk quit a long way. 2.there is no chair in the room which you can make up or blow dry. 3.The cleanliness of the rooms are so average there were no slippers in our room and the sanitary box was not charged. Also the towels had very bad quality . 4. The toilets around the pool were disgusting and so dirty. 5. The animation team were doing their best but there are only 4 or 5 people and I think they have to be more than that in order to give better service. 5. Kids club was so dirty and there was only one person in charge to take care of the kids! 6. The food was acceptable but the restaurants were much better. 7. The hotel is old and hasn’t been renovated, it definitely needs renovation.

I stayed at Duja last month, and it was an amazing experience. The resort is right on the beach, offering beautiful views of the sea and mountains. We stayed in one of their villas with a private pool, which had pristine views and came with private staff, SERDAL and MURAT, who were excellent in all aspects. It was the best service my family and I have ever received. My experience was made even better by two other staff members,ARDA and SEFA, who worked at the pool. They conducted all the pool activities for the guests and were excellent as well. They always had great energy and made sure every guest was comfortable, entertained, and content.

Pure Bliss. We stayed for a week at Grand Suite 1903 which had excellent Ocean Views a Private Pool access to the Pavillion on the water and 4 Fine dining restaurants with diff cuisines However what made our stay memorable was the OUTSTANDING service by SERDAL who was our host & MURAT his assistant both of whom with their personal touch took care of our needs from Checkin to check out specially when our family got sick with a bout of cold SERDAL brought nasal drops from his house -It was very touching.Thank you also to Reception Manager Yasar .Enjoyed the spa and Turkish bath along with Balinese massage. Overall we all felt at home from day one and extremely pampered throughout our stay.We will be back some day with family and friends.

Recently stayed as a couple for our 10th wedding annivesary, I try to be as factual and honest with all reviews and this will be no different. Location: located around 30 minutes from Bodrum airport and about the same from Bodrum town, it’s ideal if you want out of the way but close enough to be able to visit the town. Located on a main road and built into a hillside the hotel offers some stunning views where ever you are located in the hotel. Be advised this hotel is very hilly and steep, however for guests with limited mobility there are lifts to all levels including from the hotel to the beach. Room: We were allocated room 202 in the main building, we payed for a sea view and got exactly that. The room itself was very spacious with ample storage space, a safe and minibar which we did not use, the room was nicely presented and the bed was super comfortable and was at least a superking sized bed, I found the pillows a little to hard but I’m sure they would provide softer pillows if requested, I was sensible and took one of my own from home. The shower was powerful and hot water was always running. The only thing I can fault the room for was the balcony was not covered, not a problem if the sun is shining but we did have 1 day of rain so was unable to sit out on the balcony. The air conditioning in the room was great and worked well. Pool: the main pool is huge and has music playing during the day with lots of activities going on, provided by the entertainment staff, they do come round and invite you to join in but if you say No they leave you alone to relax, activities include Yoga, water gym, pool games, darts, water polo and the mandatory club dance you get at every Turkish hotel. The pool I don’t believe is heated but is ok when you get in the water and great respite from the blazing Turkish sunshine. Food and Drink: There is a massive choice of food and drink available at all times during the day, ranging, from breakfast lunch and dinner to snack bars and a patisserie and onsite Starbucks coffee. Unfortunately the food is very hit and miss, breakfast consisted of ready mate omlettes which were often cold as they cook so many at a time, spicy sausage fried eggs that were never properly cooked( I must add they would cook fresh eggs to your liking on request) and a range of foods aimed at Eastern European guests, like ham cheese and salads. There was a small choice of cereals and a toaster if you wanted it with jams chocolate and delicious honey straight from the honeycomb. Lunch consisted of soups stews and chicken or fish. There was always a fresh salad which was actually very nice with a selection of dressings. For dinner there was a choice of fish chicken or beef and had a bbq section outside separate from the main dining hall, apart from breakfast it was literally a free for all with people pushing in front and not caring about queues or the fact you may have been waiting in line for 10 minutes plus, I have stayed in many Tur
