The floor in our room had missing pieces and you could see the carpet underneath the wooden panels. It faced the club so music was playing loud until 2am. There was no soap in the shower dispenser and no other toiletries. Staff was nice but there was no cafeteria on site or any other amenity. Very basic hostel to spend one night if needed but would not go back.

It was fine on all accounts. It’s nicer on the inside than the outside. We were staying here because it was close to the airport. Not the place you want to stay for more than a night because it’s not close to anything you would want to see in Madrid. Also, if you have a car, parking is a challenge with street parking in the very dense neighborhood. If you’re looking for an excellent meal, I recommend the Marakesh a few blocks away. Very good Moraccon food!

Very poor stay.... The reception don't speak good English... The entrance was extremely cold and the lady on the reception wearing a big winter coat!!!!... No heating at all!!!... Among other things, the hotel is extremely poorly soundproofed and very, very loud... You can hear the trains passing by in the rooms!...The telephone was broken I got no wake up call!!!.. The rest is ok.. No breakfast coz it was under construction!!!!.. Lol

Nice area, nice hotel, clean and friendly front desk personnel. Fairy close to Barajas airport.
Not for people who want to be close to Madrid. Although it is only a 20 minute train ride to Atocha or Chamartin.
