Great prices, very clean, wonderful staff. The property is unbelievably large and spread out to be in such a large, compact city. The only negative piece was the slant in the ceiling makes the rooms very short on one end. If you are a tall person like myself you have to bend over to get into the hotel room bathroom and shower. This wasn’t a huge problem for me but it might be a problem for someone older or with handicaps. Also, if you can’t go up stairs very well you shouldn’t opt to stay here. We were given a room in the penthouse. It was extremely hot during the night (the sun had been transferring energy during the whole day), and we had to turn on the AC. It was very noisy, even in the lowest setting. The room was ok, but not really spacious. The bathtub was a bit disappointing. We expected it to be larger, but perhaps that was a bit of wishing on my side. The restaurant, which we wanted to try, was good in quality and service, but the prices were too high. I especially recommend avoiding the jamón ibérico entrée, as it is highly overpriced. Let us just point out that a dinner for two with one entrée, two main dishes, one dessert, no wine went for almost the price of a room for the night.
